Capt Keith's Classic Cleaners

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever used! They notify me when my clothes are done and remind me to pick them up, which is something I constantly forget with dry cleaning. Their staff is friendly and my clothes are well done.

This is my favorite dry cleaner in the area for all the reasons you would expect (quick service, great cleaning & pressing), but also for what they do NOT do. For example, they do not tell you your clothes are ready when they aren't. They do not put safety pins through your clothes to attach them to hangers. They do not overcharge for women's clothing. And they do not stick you with the hangers, you can bring them back to them for credit even. They also have alterations right nearby and have done a great job repairing some pieces I might have otherwise thrown out. Highly recommend this place, have tried the others and would definitely say go here.

I have used Captain Keith’s for several years, and they are consistently exceptional at their craft of dry cleaning! Clean! We have taken various items from clothing, to handbags, to comforters… Each and every time our items have come back, clean, pressed, and fresh. The team members from the location staff to the delivery team always bring their A game! Thank you for caring for my laundry, as if it were your own!

I’ve used this business for several years now for my dry cleaning needs. They have always taken great care of my family’s dry cleaning. if there’s a problem of any sort they make every effort to contact me. For that last few years they have picked up my dry cleaning on Tuesday from my home and then deliver my dry cleaning at my house on Friday of the same week, and this service is free. Great service at a very fair price. Look no further and support this local business!

I've brought a large amount of clothes and comforters to this location over the last couple years and have had nothing but good results. Compared to the first dry cleaner I tried their results seem much better. I've been very happy with the results of cleaning comforters with large amounts of dog hair.

The management and staff at Classic Cleaners is impeccable. I've never met such accommodating and generous people before. I prefer Classic Cleaners because I truly feel like a valued customer there. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Northwest Arkansas area!
