I am currently moving from Vista Del Rio but only because life has moved me from Miami. Clean, safe building with secure parking. I have been very happy here!

There have been a lot of changes in customer service from the management, and I have noticed a significant improvement. Maintenance requests are being attended to rapidly, and there is always someone to contact. The staff is very empathetic and tries to solve any situation as soon as possible. These changes have made me decide to stay and renew my lease for another year. I hope these improvements continue and get even better.

I want to thank the Catalonia management team for helping me find my new home! The members on the team communicated clearly and quickly making the process easy and hassle free. I feel comfortable reaching out for whatever reason knowing that they will try their best to tend to my needs. Definitely recommend

We move some time ago and we are Very happy with our home at Vista del Rio, above all we want to thank to the manager of the building; Iris Montemuza who’s always helping us to make our stay much better by keeping the building in the best shape possible and always helping us in every way we need… whoever’s considering moving to the building can rest assured that the management is always doing a great job and keeping the building as best as possible.

Really easy move in process with a great and responsive team. We just moved in, but so far so good! Looking forward to a great year

I had a pleasant experience with Catalonia. Yvonne was great and very communicative with me. Never really called on maintenance so can't really rate them on that. Though maintenance did show up around the time when management said they would. I stayed at the location in Coconut Grove for a year and the property was great and within short walking distance to Cocowalk.

They have put a lot of effort in improving the building (Vista del Rio). They just painted the whole building making it look very nice and also changing the building's door entrance to access control which makes it more secure. Happy with the new features!
