This group I'd absolutely awesome. From Brian, the salesman, who went out of his way to make sure I didn't just buy a car of necessity but one I would fall in love with. He worked tirelessly to create a sales plan and payment plan that fit my budget and didn't add any stress to my already tight wallet. The sales manager, Craig, was incredible and extremely sincere in helping me buy a car at the absolute lowest price they could give me; going out of his way to meet my picky demands. The two of them also gave me thr best thrade-in value they could for my poor scratched and abused Kia Sportage. Lastly, even the finance manager (Austin) collaborated with Brian and Craig to get me out the door in the least amount of time I've ever spent at a car lot trying to buy a car. They didn't go back and forth with me trying to sell me it for as much as they could they gave me their BATNA (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement) right from the start. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and in less time than it usually takes the big box store to change my tires. Thank you, I promise I will always come back to CRAIN Kia to buy ANY future cars.
