My first visit to Dr. Lais’ office and by the time I left I was very impressed with Dr. Lais, his office and the assistants. The Dentist took his time to go over everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. I am recommending this office and dentist to all my friends and family.

I decided to give Dr. Lais a try after a google search for cosmetic dentistry. I had stains and discoloration from braces and my previous dentist told me my only option for this was a year or so of braces (again) and then 8 crowns. I came to Dr. Lais for a second opinion and one week later walked out of his office with the smile I always wanted - without crowns, veneers, or any other invasive procedures. I’m finally able to feel comfortable smiling in photos again and for that I cannot thank Dr. Lais & team enough. I also felt very comfortable during service as someone with a sensitive gag reflex and dental anxiety. On top of that, I didn’t feel judged or ridiculed for the state of my teeth coming in at all - the team merely seemed excited and eager to help me get to a smile that I love. I’ve found a new dentist for life and will absolutely be coming to Dr. Lais for years to come.

I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Lais is beyond experienced and did such a great job with my surgery even though my case was a challenging one. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

After having a bad experience with a pediatric dentist who wanted to put my daughter under anesthesia and crown several baby teeth that crowns weren’t necessary on, I decided to get a second opinion. We are so glad we went to Dr. Randy! He made a plan to fix my daughters teeth in the most minimal way possible, and spread the work out over a couple appointments to make it easier on her. He was patient, helped her feel comfortable and talked us through everything he was doing. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The hygienist was all of those things as well! They got the fillings done very quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend Lais Dentistry enough!

I have had severe dental anxiety for years. Went too long without going to the dentist because of it. I have tried to explain how bad my anxiety is to other dentists and have been brushed off constantly. The first visit I had with Dr. Lais he immediately understood my anxiety, and didn’t ever once make me feel ridiculous for having it. I was able to get my teeth fixed and no longer have as much anxiety just walking into a dentist office. Dr. Lais and his staff are truly one in a million, and I am so glad to have my smile back and be able to eat normally again. I had gone years without eating some of my favorite foods and hadn’t smiled in a photo showing my teeth in years. Thank you so much Dr. Lais. You have no idea how much I appreciate everything you’ve done!

Super caring dentist and does great work that lasts.

He took the time to make a detailed plan that would best suit our issues and go over why each thing was needed. The office staff is also super nice and everything is clean.

Also offers to be put to sleep for big procedures or people who don't numb well, which is very nice.

Dr Lais really goes out of his way to ensure his patients get the best care. He is super kind and gentle. We worth the hour drive to see him.

Always a good visit to the Dentist office with Dr Lais and his staff. You are greeted with warmth and treated with a knowledgeable practice that has been serving this community for many years. Can’t think of a better dentist I’d trust my pearly whites too! :)

Dr. Lais and his staff are dental rock stars. I am a 71 year old with special dental needs. I am allergic to Novacaine. Scared to have any dental work done due to my allergies to all Caines. Dr. Lais and his staff did not make me feel odd but embraced the challenge I presented. With patience and true caring for the best outcome for my particular dental needs it was decided that Implants and Dentures would be my best option for my peace of mind. Due to my allergy of all Caines I needed to have an anesthesiologist to put me completely out in a surgery center for the procedure. I remember nothing of the procedure and the amazing care I have received continues. That you Dr. Lais and staff.

This is a hidden gem of NWA! Best dental care I have ever had. From the loving and warm staff to a brilliant and caring Dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Lais and staff if your looking for a dentist office that wants the best for you.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by the staff and they were very welcoming. The office was clean, well maintained and organized. I was nervous to go because of previous bad experiences, but Noel was very personable and she helped my nerves go down. David did an amazing job making sure all of the information was explained thoroughly and he was precise with everything. He did a great job and was very easy going! Dr.Lais was very professional and made my treatment plan a breeze. He helped guide me through what I needed to do and he helped plan my next visit in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Overall, I am glad I found Lais Dentistry because they are helping me get back on track. I definitely recommend this office to any new customers that are having their doubts. I will be coming back and making this my regular dentist from now on. 5/5

Dr. Lais and his team are awesome! I loved the individual & customized approach they take to care for their patients. Everyone was so kind and really made you feel comfortable. They take time getting to know you and tailoring a plan that works for you. They are definitely a one of a kind office and I highly recommend them!

I've never been disappointed. Dr Lais and his staff are first class and care about their patients. A high end, all exclusive fine dentistry practice for sure. I highly recommend Dr Lais and his practice.

I was experiencing the most irritating, burning, constant tingling sensation in my upper gums. Nothing I did helped. I was recommended to Dr Lais and got an appointment quickly. After diagnosing my problem, I was fitted with an appliance and started to see some relief after a week. It's been a journey, not a quick fix, but I am definitely relieved, no burning or tingling. It was a muscle problem, my bite was off. I had seen my dentist and primary MD, they tried but couldn't fix the problem. I truly don't know what I would have done if I hadn't seen Dr. Lais, I had been miserable for several months.

I sincerely thank everyone at Lais Dentistry for their help. I was in such discomfort and got relief. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They're professional, very friendly and reassuring. Truly a good experience for me.
