Exceptional service! I recently visited this nail salon for a gel nail service with my kiddo and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly skilled and attentive, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. The ambiance was relaxing, making the experience even more enjoyable. They have a great color selection which meant our gel nails turned out flawless!

I have been going to Pinnacle Nail Spa for a year now, every two weeks. I absolutely love this business! Everyone is very friendly and they remember your name. They welcome you when you come through the door and offer you a choice from their wide beverage selection (Champagne while I soak? Yes, please!). Their pedicure menu is quite extensive and I’ve seen some beautiful, detailed nail artistry, although I tend to be more of a plain Jane pink girl. Speaking of colors, their gel, powder and polish selection is quite expansive. The nail bars and pedi chairs are always very clean. I feel like I see someone sweeping each time I visit, and the bathrooms are quite clean too.

Finally, I can’t say enough about Ella. I won’t see anyone but her, she is a perfectionist and is great at asking clarifying questions to make sure she’s giving you exactly what you want. She’s also great to make recommendations for popular colors so that I always look my best. She’s also very flexible and accommodating of my hectic schedule. Ella has gone above and beyond, helping me find tools and treatments to use at home to keep my hands and feet smooth in between visits. On top of that, she’s great at reading your mood. When you want to be talkative, she engages you. When you’re tired and want to zone out, she respects your space and works in comfortable silence. I can’t recommend her, or this salon enough.

I’m in love with my nail tech. Jason is the best ever. I text him and tell him I want some iced out bad girl nails. He said say less. He does my nails so good that I only get them done once a month

I absolutely loved my nails . The girl who did my nails was very sweet. I never caught her name tho or else I would mention her name. She kept asking me if I liked the nail to see if I was satisfied which I really liked. Great place and totally recommend . She made conversation which I enjoyed even though I may be shy at times. Unfortunately I’m not from here, but came here for the first time and I would gladly come back!

Que again rocked it with a awesome Pedicure. Love ALL his suggestions. He is so awesome with the Volcano Pedicure. He might be at new location but still AWESOME SERVICE and makes you feel like a Queen. Que the man let him make your feet look gorgeous 😍 !!

I’ve been to the Pinnacle spa twice so far. I have enjoyed their services both times. I did a mani and pedi both times and had nothing but good things to say. It’s a nice and clean spa. They have a huge selection of options to choose from when it comes to mani/pedi. The stylist Kue that worked with me on the most recent visit on Feb 11 was wonderful. I did the milk and honey wax pedicure, totally loved it. Totally recommend. 10/10. It will be my go to spa place as I live nearby! Oh and they serve mimosas!

I have been getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for the past 8 years and about a year ago I started going to Pinnacle Nail Spa- I couldn’t recommend this place more! It’s clean, easy to book an appointment, and everyone is incredibly nice and easy to work with. Que, the nail artist there, has completely changed the nail game for me! I have never felt like my nails were actually “perfect” until he touched them!! He is so knowledgeable and detail oriented. He explains everything and gives many options to choose from. Go to Que and you will not be sorry!!!

Que did my nails and my toes and they were so good! He is a perfectionist that takes his time so you don’t feel rushed to get in and out. He talks to you but not too much so you are relaxed. You can give him direction or just let him work his creative magic either way you’ll be satisfied

Probably the best experience I have had by far. I went in with some crazy nails and QUE made them brand new and fabulous!! I said I wanted some cloud design and he let me take a look at his work and based off my reaction to some of his work he set me up real quick with a completely different look. TRUST ME when I say I was SO SO happy that he hooked it up and made a recommendation. Que has amazing experience and I am definitely going back. I have never seen someone work with such passion. His dedication and love for his work reflects in the amazing sets he creates. I loved the energy and I love my nails! Thanks Que!!

Jason is absolutely AMAZING !! Every time I go in I just tell him the colors I’m wanting and he does the rest. Comes up with the designs and everything himself. He is so great with all his clients and always knows what they want/like and chooses every design based of each individual and their style. Jason is also the first nail tech I’ve had that has helped me keep my natural nails healthy while consistently getting my nails done. He also engages in conversation the whole time and puts effort in to getting to know all of his clients. Jason is simply the best 🤍🤍

Came in wanting to get my dipped polish off because it was way too thick! Saw Que and he promised me he could fix them and make them much thinner and to my liking. He did not disappoint! I left with gorgeous nails that look better than ever!! 10/10 would recommend Que for all your nail needs!!

Clean, professional and friendly. Ivy does an AMAZING ombré dip! They have a large color selection, including ombré options (which you don’t always find). I’m definitely a repeat customer.

This was absolutely, the most amazing experience I have ever had. My nail artist was Que. He did a full set of quartz marble nails and killed it, he is the king of marble in NWA. He put so much detail in it that I am fully satisfied and I definitely recommend him to everyone.

Finding a new nail salon can be hard but i am lucky enough to have gotten a true artist when i tried this place out. I will always ask for Que and recommend him to anyone else as well. If you dont want plain or boring, that is! I cant wait to see what he will do for me next time! My set this time is color changing and glow in the dark ✔
