Amazing atmosphere!!

Would have loved to use them because they seemed like kind and knowledgeable people. But they came to look at my project on a Tuesday and said they would have me a number by Thursday. Never heard back from them. Reached out on the following Monday, I was told to give them a week and they would finally get me an estimate. Never heard from them. Reached out one more time, and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours. Still have yet to hear from them a month later. I imagine they're super busy like everyone else and maybe my project was not worth their time but it was an $8,000 job. You would think that would be worth the time so I'm not sure what the deal is. Dissapointed.
