Dr. Greenhaw is phenomenal. She takes the time to go over everything with you and genuinely listens to you. I never felt rushed with her. She also doesn't push medication on you unless it is necessary. Love her!! She is so kind!

Impossible to get her attention if you have a problem. Very difficult to get appts. with. Messages on the portal often ignored. Pushes anxiety and depression meds, which is way out of my comfort zone. She does take her time with you, which is nice. But you also can just feel that you are being an annoying burden. I've left the Mercy system entirely after having a major reaction to medication and nobody helped me with it. I think they are overcrowded with patients to the point they cannot provide good care.
