Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time!!! Rachel the girl who did breakfast was so nice and friendly.. She had a breakfast for champions and was constantly cleaning and freshing everything up!! We will come back

I booked for one night and ended up staying extra nights. The first room was an odd number room facing the highway which was a bit noisy but I was exhausted enough that I slept through the night. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was comfortable. I was able to enjoy a bubble bath and relax.
The second room was an even number room and was equally clean and fresh. The addition of the living room type space was an added bonus. I was able to sit and eat while watching TV and not be in bed. The bathroom again was clean and comfortable but I missed having the tub. The room was quieter than the previous room since it faced away from the highway but it lacked a black out curtain, still I was able to take a hangar and use it to close the curtains enough to block the light.
The dining space downstairs was clean and adequate for the number of people utilizing the space. I enjoyed that breakfast was different every morning.
The staff on all the days were helpful in assisting with check in and room extension.
Parking is ample but needed better lighting in some areas.
The location is ideal as there are tons of restaurants and shopping minutes away, very easy to walk to if you wanted to.

We were blown away by this hotel. The facilities and rooms were all super clean. The noise level was super quiet and peaceful. The staff was efficient and courteous. The shower water pressure was an experience all on its own. It was amazing! We’ve stayed at every level of hotel and have never enjoyed our stay more than we enjoyed this place.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Would recommend bringing a pillow if you prefer something with a little firmness. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff went out of her way to give me pointers on local attractions and offered to print info out on them for me. Rooms are nice mid-modern and very clean. Free breakfast. Pool. Gym

Room was a bit small. It would be nice to have some of the electrical geared for USB cellphone charging. We did laundry for $0.75 . Breakfast was good. The hotel's name has a good reputation. I had a room with a view of our flag so I shared a video clip. Enjoy your stay. Rogers is nice. Thank you

Loved this hotel! The kids were thrilled to see lemonade and cookies when we arrived. After a long day of driving, we were able to unload into our clean, nice room and walk down the road to the movie theater. The kids loved that. Staff was quick and helpful bringing us all we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. Omlets, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt options. Everything from the food to the drinks was kept filled, clean and organized. Definitely our hotel of our long road trip vacation adventure. Thank you!

Service is excellent the staff is friendly. This is the best Fairfield I've stayed at and I really hope my company books me here again. The room is uniquely designed to where the bedroom was fairly isolated from the other rooms making sleep easier. Sadly the internet TV didn't work at all but that didn't detract from the unique quality of this hotel.

I don't think I have ever been checked in to a hotel so quickly! The front desk staff was efficient as all get out, no horsing around, and I appreciate it! The room itself was just perfect, clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. 👍

Quiet, quaint Hotel. Great variety of Hot & Cold Breakfast Items. Clean & Comfortable Rooms. Staff is AWESOME!!! Walking distance to stored & located on Restaurant Row. Staying here every week for my current work project/assignment.

Staying at the Fairfield inn &suites was so nice. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable beds, and a plus of free breakfast with waffles! Not often anymore do you find the hot breakfast options for free with your room. The employees were super nice. I enjoyed my weekend with Fairfield inn!

Let me say that Craig was the receptionist on duty FRIDAY 15th. I learned that this gentleman was pulling a 14 hour shift on friday evening. He was covering for a co worker. With this being said he was friendly, still had a smile on his face, never skipped a beat when i called down to front desk about a toilet issue. Craig, you sir, did great and deserve recognition! Now on to the room. The room was clean, fresh linens, and stocked ready for new guests! The toilet handle in room 216 was cracked and broken. You had to pull handle up after flushing to end water from swirling. The plug in the jacuzzi tub didn't hold water. So we called on SATURDAY 16th where Rachel (? Spelling) had us a room cleaned and prepared for us to transfer to room 316. Where that room was super clean as well. Smelled amazingly fresh! The drain plug on jacuzzi worked! Yay!! The shutters to the jacuzzi room made it even better! Me and my Fiancee could watch Netflix or Hulu on tv while relaxing in jacuzzi tub. The in room Wifi was an excellent feature to the room! You can sign ibto Netflix and Hulu so you dont have to miss a show or watch regular TV shows. [they log you out when you leave (me i logged out before i left hotel myself)] A pool is locted on the inside of hotel (is heated). It is small and has occupancy of 18 only. There is no hot tub/whirlpool anymore. Looks like they took out while back. Right next to pool is a weight room. Looked nice.
Now breakfast, was hot fresh and served until 10am on weekends which was perfect for us who wanted to sleep in. The coffee was prepared and ready as well. The menu was switched up so you didnt eat same all day. On SAT it was scrambled eggs, and or a egg cheese omelet, with veggie sausage. On SUN it was biscuts and gravy. Toast, bagel, muffins, cereal were available both days. A waffle maker during breakfast was great as well. Check out was super easy! A receipt was emailed to me. I would definitely say this is the best hotel in a long time! Thank you! We had an amazing stay and would say to try it!

Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Standard King rooms are small, but perfect as long as you just plan to sleep, not entertain. I'll definitely stay again. Great rate!

First time staying at this one but overall impressed as always. Super easy reservations and check in. Room was perfect and nice big TV.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the jacuzzi suite. The room was very clean and cozy. It had 2 TV's and large shower. Floor was quite and bed firm but soft.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious. Bed awesome. Only issue was not enough towels.

This is a nice hotel, but they don't have a hot tub. The room is nice. They have a large breakfast provided. I found them to helpful and friendly people.
