If I want the job done right, I know to call Certapro. James showed up on time, reviewed the process with me and got straight up work. He communicated with me when he completed the project. I reviewed the finished work him and it was absolute perfection. I wish I could pay for him to repaint my entire house. He’s also the nicest guy. Will definitely use them again!

A really great professional company to work with. I normally use independent painters in the past because I assumed that was the cheaper way to go. I always had to deal with them not showing up when they were supposed to or struggling to get them to come back for touchups. When I bought a new home, I decided to go with a professional painting company this time. CertaPro was reasonably priced and everyone was professional and helpful. I first spoke with Charles at a restaurant in Fayetteville during his lunch break, and he was more than happy to refer me over to his residential Bentonville team. Bart arrived on time and answered all of our questions, without rushing us and explaining the entire process as it would unfold. After agreeing to use them, Bart communicated by phone and email. James showed up every day just as Bart said he would and was extremely professional and friendly. He made everyone feel comfortable as he did his work. With five kids, I was worried we would be in his way , but he never once made us feel that way. I highly recommend Certapro and will use them in the future.
