Jennifer is amazing to work with! We moved from out of state and she was able to facetime and take a million pictures when we couldn't be there for house tours. Jennifer was immensely helpful and knowledgeable when I contacted her about moving from the DFW TX area to NWA. She had local mortgage company contacts that I was able to start the loan pre-approval process with.

During the home search process she created a specific search using my criteria that showed homes currently on the market and homes coming on the market soon. I wasn’t able to view homes in person before the bidding window would close, but Jennifer was very flexible and provided virtual walkthroughs for me.

Jennifer has a large amount of knowledge that she was happy to share with me. When I found the house that I was interested in she was able to tell me about similar priced homes in the area, amenities and activities in the area, and past, present, and future development plans nearby. With her help the first bid I entered was accepted by the sellers.

During the closing process she created a timeline with specific dates each week when things like the inspection on the house would be due, and also had approximate dates for when the sellers would be completing their side of things. Everything went very smoothly with Jennifer’s help, and I can’t thank her enough for all the work she put into getting me to closing on time.

Recently, we decided to sell our Siloam Springs home and contacted Jennifer Welch to handle the process. She was unreal in every aspect and I can’t imagine anyone doing any more than she did for us. She advised us on what needed to be done to the house, set a fair price for both parties and worked tirelessly to see it through. If that were all, we would have been thrilled. But she went further. Our jobs forced us to leave the area with some minor work still needed. She and her husband went to our home and finished the work themselves. During the negotiating phase of the sale, her and her family were on a scheduled vacation. We didn’t know the difference and felt bad that on her vacation, she was working tirelessly for us in contact daily and advising us through it. I’ve seldom dealt professionally with people who I felt genuinely cared about us outside of what we could do for them, but I felt Jennifer genuinely was working for us and put us first throughout the entire process.
