Mercy Clinic Primary Care - I Street

My name is Kimberly, using my mother-in-laws phone right but 'just here to say ,this is by far the best clinic I've ever taken myself and or my kids too !!! The staff are truly sincere when it comes to helping and or meeting the needs of their patients. I had a huge mental break down and had a couple other problems and with great speed,my doctor helped me get well. I cannot thank the staff, doctors and nurses enough (for even caring enough ) to take action immediately. They're amazing ,kind and truly care for others ❤ they have saved my life and don't even know it and I am forever grateful for these angel's!

I have been seeing Lauren Greenshaw at this facility for the past year - year and half. She is easy to talk to and cares about my overall health.

For more urgent situations I typically can get in same/next day, if I call (though I may not be able to see my primary care physician.)

Between myself and my kid I have been in the facility many times and I rarely have to wait very long. For a doctors office it is fairly well ran and I enjoy using the Mercy app to communicate with my son's pediatrician and primary care doctor.

Alina was a ninja while taking my blood. Have a general dislike of needles in my arm and she sank it in my arm so quick and clean I barely felt it. Excellent small talk and was done before I knew it.

Did give me some qr code to scan but it didn't work so here I am.

Dr. Greenburg and staff provides excellent care and has been very supportive of my health situations over the past years. Dr. Greenburg is very practical in his approach and very down to earth. Very easy to work with and is very helpful. Can't express how much I appreciate the team. Thanks! - RH

Dr. Greenburg is literally the best doctor in NWA. He listens, he cares, highly intelligent and so much more! Highly recommend this Provider if your looking. It’s taken me 6 years to find the right Doctor and I’ve been with him 3 years now. Best decision ever made.

Dr Macleod was amazing with my son. She was so gentle and compassionate and even sang to him while she worked on him. He can’t wait to go back!

I've always had a pleasant experience here. Dr. Brummett is the first doctor I've had that isn't rushed and takes the time to explain things and answer questions.

Dr. Dondeti and his nurse Selene are genuine caring people. I never feel rushed through. I cannot say enough good about both of them.

I did a walk in appt at the I street location since I couldn’t get in at my normal PCP before the weekend and was treated well by all staff members.

Amazing!!! They gave me a referral for my asthma issues and gave me all the medicine to make me feel better today. Timely and kind. Thanks so much, Erin was awesome!!!

Typical ofice. Profesional. A nice fish tank my 4 year old enjoyed. And the exray tech was great with my 4 year old.
