Good company lowest rates I ever paid

I do not recommend, my agent never returned my calls or emails about switching insurance providers. I was redirected to upper management who didn’t respond either before my insured period was up.

Extremely poor customer service. Moved here and actually purchased auto and home policy from this company. On several occasions, trying to reach our agent we were told they would get right back to us. But never did. I always had to track them down. They also never followed up on homeowners when the lender inquired about our insurance. Then when I finally cancelled with them, the actual insurance company was not notified of our cancellation. So they were going to bill again. When I asked the agent about this I was lied to about it. Glad to be able to go back to a better company without a do-nothing agency. What a scam.
