Always love the Dogwood Canyon experience. The Mill restaurant is a great experience. Food was delicious-- ordered the triple slider appetizer, plenty for a meal. Husband had a burger, we shared his fries. Beautiful surroundings.

Probably a solid 4.5, but they don't let you rate that way. Food was really well done. Soup was little broke but still delicious, chili was done well also. Fried bologna sandwich stole the show!! Chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. Club sandwich was enough for two!
Beautiful view of waterfall while sitting fireside in fall. Nice!!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The building is just absolutely beautiful with the barn style ax hewn post and beams. The mill wasn't running while we were there but it was unique to see the mill itself and all of the museum artifacts of Indian arrowheads and spearheads, and different artifacts. The menu at first seemed a little simple and not as many options as you would think ahead of time, however the food is absolutely wonderful. I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich and it was just cooked to perfection, even the onions were so much different than most places, they were like a purple onion that had been sauteed and it was just really good, all of the ingredients were a top quality. The Aioli mayonnaise on the side for my fries was amazing, but you got to ask for that separate.
Two of my family members got the club sandwich I believe and it was really good too.
You will notice that the prices seem to be a few dollars more than a restaurant you might usually attend, however their portions are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth.
The staff was extremely polite and studious in their work. It's a nice dining room as well with all the wood and decor and there's a beautiful waterfall and body of water to view as you eat.

Went here for a wedding; beautiful spot for a reception. Very comfortably set up with no crowding of tables. Food was tasty, but could have been a bit hotter. Loved the opportunity to look at all of the great exhibits and photos, crowd-free. Nice experience, and the chapel is a nice wedding venue. Would recommend.

Absolutely fabulous. You get decent food and a view of a waterfall for s decent price.

I had a cup of the Elk Sausage, Kale and Potato Soup. It was wonderfully brothy and recommended by our server. I wish I'd ordered the bowl instead, but I'd have barely been able to finish it because I also had a Reuben. (The soup has changed slightly since I ate this, but it is still delicious).

The Dogwood Canyon Reuben stands out as one of the best Reubens I've had. It was not as strong on the kraut side as I normally prefer, but the cheese used blended so well that it was a master piece.

My wife had the trio sliders (bison, trout and chicken). All three were good. My daughter had the cheese pizza from the kids menu and said it was amazing.

The potato chips are good as a side, but you'll regret not ordering the fries. Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside and delicious through and through. I had to share mine after I had them try one.

Our server was incredible. We mentioned getting out hiking bag out of the trunk before heading in and she fixed us some to go waters to take with us (and by the end of it, we were glad to have them).

I'll be back. We were too full to try dessert but the blackberry cobbler sounded divine.

Update: We came back a year later with some more family and everyone loved it.

I tried the Smoked Bourbon Peach Tea (perfectly sweet and smokey). It went well with the soup I ordered.

My daughter got the ham and cheese croquettes, which she did not like due to the texture (think melted ham and cheese inside a spherical breading). We all ate them for her however and they were good.

I split a Bison Reuben with my wife. It's one of the better Reubens I've had. A more mild taste, but it works.

My father (on a keto diet) raved that their vegetables are the best seasoned he has had. They are lightly blackened in a skillet and apparently a popular choice for a side.

We had a late lunch after our hike and enjoyed our food. Fried pickles were good and had a generous portion. Bison chili was hearty and spicy (we were warned) and very tasty. Fried bologna sandwich got rave reviews from others in our party.

Great place to enjoy the Ozark outdoors! The property is extensive, full of sights and sounds. From the waterfalls, running creeks and ponds to the wildlife, including eagles, huge rainbow trout, and buffalo.

There are various packages one can purchase. There are hikes, biking trails, guided tours on a tram. Excited to bring my grandson on my next visit.

This outdoor/indoor restaurant serves a tasty buffalo burger that I tried for the first time. Excellent! Homemade fries with it were some of the best I've had. Beer on tap was good. The waterfall view from the outdoor eating space was a nice bonus.

I will add that the staff at this eatery were really nice. Warm and helpful attitude all around.

Dogwood Canyon Park is a must see when visiting the area.

This restaurant surprised us because it was located at a state park. A little pricey, but the food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding! Dogwood Canyon is just beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

I was honestly skeptical of this place. But how wrong I was!
I expected they relied on their atmosphere and location to sell mediocre Applebees style food.
But how wrong I was.
We got the sliders and homemade chips, and the salted caramel brownie and the gooey butter cake to split.
The Bison Burger slider was amazing. Juicy, and full of balanced flavor. The gooey cheese, the warm poblano pepper, all chorused together into a perfect burger.
The trout patty was delicious, slightly crispy on the outside and the bacon was cooked perfectly.
The pulled pork was tender and delicious.
The butter cake was heavenly, like a dessert you dream of only to find it's real. Warm and soft on the inside, crisp and crunchy on the outside, creamy, not too sweet.
The brownie was decadent to the point I expected the pope to show up and name it the 8th deadly sin. Sweet, rich, and dense--it overwhelmed the senses.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
Fast service, beautiful views, delicious food!
And Bob, our waiter, was friendly and attentive.
I hope to be back soon!

Food is pretty pricey. The homemade chips are amazing. They were very busy so we set at the bar area to eat. Bartender was so nice and we got much faster service as tables were full.

Nice themed restaurant at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. A good menu. Very good food. Service was good, but seemed alittle slow. But, then, we were there at noon, and the place was busy.

Didn't dine here, but the tram ride 2-hour tour thru the park was beautiful, exciting, informative. And our guide Joe was nothing short of spectacular. Very knowledgeable about so many of the park's features and the information about all of the animals was very thorough.
Thank you Joe!
