I recently made a purchase of 2 coils at this location. They were the wrong one for my vapor. I would like to thank Caleb for allowing me to exchange them. Many places will not. The customer service he provided was great. Vapor world earned a loyal customer that day my money will be spent with them. There prices are fair and there employees friendly and knowledgeable.

parking can crowd but I get it, this shop is superior. Staff is very cool and friendly, they walked me through what my new device would need, and didn’t let me leave the shop without everything I needed. The drag x was my choice coming in but they re-sold me on it, it’s the best device I’ve used… The person who helped me, Jillian, was so informative and gave great tips, showed me how to pre-soak the coils and just generally schooled me where I thought I knew everything, but so nice about it. The juice she recommended (passion fruit guava) is also so gooood

Great prices. It costs about the same price for two bottles of vape juice here then it does for just one at Gravette station in Gravette, Arkansas!

Very friendly staff. Helped me with all my questions. Good fast service. Give it two thumbs up. Wide range of devices for vaping. Lots of flavors. Recommend to give it a visit.

I always have such a great experience here. Caleb is always helpful and so funny to be around. And Jillian is amazingly sweet and caring. Shes very insightful and intuitive. She always tries to help me but makes me feel like having questions is ok. I could talk to her all day!

Thank you to Kitty and Caleb! I stopped in yesterday for juice and brought up the issues I was having with my pen. I brought it inside and was told to come back today to see Caleb! He had my issues (bad coil) fixed in less than 10 minutes...some of the time of where he explained things to me (I'm new to this side.... last cigarette 3 weeks ago). I will be back! Everyone was extremely nice, patient with me and my million and one questions, and very helpful!

This is by far my favorite vape shop. The staff is very personable, extremely knowledgeable & are always on top of their business when I go in! I have been a customer for a while now & actually enjoy taking my business there. I have never had an issue with anything I purchase from there & am very grateful to have such a cool place to stop & get any products I might need! Keep up the good work, y’all!

I come to vapor world almost every day. I love the vibes from the employees. I feel very important. Very fun and helpful people! I ecspecially love it when Gyllian is working. Staff was very kind, and had a large variety of vapes and juices! They thoroughly explained my options to me and helped me find a product in my price range. They also set everything up for me, and showed me what to do. Overall had a very good experience and will definitely return.

I really like this place; I've been there a few times with my mother-in-law, but just went to get stuff for myself for the first time. Samantha helped me out, and she was just delightful, regardless of my complete lack of knowledge and spaciness today. I got cheaper equipment than I've ever bought, and it's working better than any others I've tried, and Samantha even made sure I knew how to not ruin it all with neglect (as I've probably done in the past).

Anyway, I'll definitely be going back whenever I need anything, and the rewards card seems pretty valuable.

Had questions about products before buying and they answered all questions my wife and I had. I went above and beyond. Entire staff super courteous and professional. Very clean laid out store and amazing prices on products. my wife and I will definetly be regulars in this store

The ladies at this store today were so helpful and where even able to tell me about a new product that I hadn't considered. They were very patient and even didn't mind me wanting to take a minute to look up the new item online. We've been going to this store for a long time now and even before the staff change up, we've always been treated well and the staff has always been very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you are in need for vape supplies or cbd items. I would like to remind everyone to bring their IDs as you will be carded.

I visited Vapor World in Rogers, AR today with my sister. She had some particular requests for an electronic cigarette. Gylliann helped us to find the perfect set up. She was so helpful and professional that we can't wait to go back.

The one in rogers is stocked better than Jane. I tried to get a certain juice for over a week in Jane and was told it'll get here when it gets here. She was very rude and unprofessional. If you go to vapor world go to Rogers. They are normally stocked and very nice. I've never felt as if I was bothering them for products like in Jane. If this was for the Jane review they'd get 0 stars.

Fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They knew exactly how to best remedy my dilemma. And I am quite a handful to deal with much of the time, not in a bad way but perhaps a bit “testy”. But they did not make me feel “stupid” or uncomfortable. It was a good time and we laughed together and best of all-no vap problem anymore. I recommend VAP WORLD with five stars. It was my first visit but sure not my last. Hailey and Austin were knowledgeable and a great time had by all.

Very nice people! Try the rick n morty disposable, rechargeable vape! The 7000 is best. I Don't recommend the 6000s, they're good but the 7000 has a much cleaner draw

This is my go to place for vape essentials...the point system that they have in place is very nice! Once you have at least 400 points, which a point is each dollar you spend I'm pretty certain, you get any vape kit in the store for 50% off which is awesome. The staff are very friendly and well informed about the products they offer and they make you seem like family basically...also with every purchase you get a free 12 ounce can of soda so that's a plus!!

Everytime i've been in there they were always eagered to help me find what I am looking for. Im a picky person when it comes to what kind of juice I like. Even though im a pain they still come up with different juices. I've never had a problem with this shop.
