I was in and out within 10 minutes from walking through the door to leaving the building. This was on an afternoon on a Thursday. I am very impressed with how fast it took and it was completely painless to get my vehicle assessed.

We were here to assess and register a vehicle. Working at the DMV would be a stressful job, but everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Yes, there was a wait, but that’s expected. I appreciate that the people there are knowledgeable and competent and make sure everything is done right.

I am giving the assessor's office a five star review based on one experience. With the offices closed, I removed a car when I assessed but then when I tried to renew our tags online, it said I couldn't because I hadn't assessed. THROUGH EMAIL, an employee there, by the name of Melissa, was incredibly helpful in addressing and then resolving the problem for me.

Extremely pleased after my first encounter with the Benton County Assessor's Office. We recently moved and had not assessed, and yesterday (May 31) was the final day to assess without penalty. With low expectations, I called and was assisted by Leta Klees, who, in a matter of minutes, had us all set up. She updated the assessment for my wife, already a longtime Benton County resident, as well as contacted Crawford County to obtain my previous assessment and updated mine as well. She then emailed me a completed copy of our 2018 assessment. Leta was efficient, pleasant and professional. This office has a gem in her.
