Joyce has done my taxes for over 20 years both personally and for my businesses. She was always diligent and provided way more copies of my tax returns than she should have needed to (sorry for losing them so often, Joyce). Would highly recommend.

I called to see how much they charge and the lady that answered the phone just said "we are not taking any new clients today" and just hung up. I completely understand they get overwhelmed during tax season. But that was completely rude in my opinion. I'm just one person, so them not getting my business in the future is not going to matter I'm sure. Definitely not what I was expecting from them based on other people's reviews.
