SERC Physical Therapy

The staff is Phenomenal from the receptionist to the physical therapist! They have made me so comfortable and welcomed. I have had to have dry needling which is not fun but it is such a ease due to the relaxing and enjoyable environment. I definitely would recommend. I drive a hour to go hear and wouldn't have it any other way!

The team at Serc is very competent and caring. I finally had people who could give an answer on some issues I’m having and even how they could be related to other issues I haven’t been able to get answers from other medical professionals. They are giving me a plan and hope to get better!

I had a wonderful experience with the SERC team at Bentonville. Courtney and Katelyn, the trainers, were exceptionally skilled at addressing my concerns with ease. Their recommended exercises worked great. Special mention about intern Paige, she did a wonderful job. Consulting with SERC turned out to be the right decision, and I'm grateful for their assistance. I went to Hannah after having my baby girl and if you’re looking for someone to help with pelvic floor, I would definitely recommend. All exercises are explained with great instructions! 10/10

Best PT in town!! Hannah runs an amazing office. But what makes her a great PT is that she truly cares. I went to see her while struggling with a persistent hip issue training for a triathlon. She took the time to educate me so I would know why my body was acting the way it was, AND helped me understand what to do at home and in the office to make sure recovery and strengthening was happening. HIGHLY recommend you give them a visit!!

I have gone to a handful of different physical therapy places in Bentonville and I have to say that the physical therapist, Hannah, is the best that I have found. Hannah listens to what issues you are having and makes adjustments to the exercises and stretches and has a smile on her face every time I see her. Having the physical therapist be the one working with you, not an assistant, and not having them working with 5 other people at the same time is really nice. Hannah is the only pt I will go to from now on, she really cares about her patients and it really shows! Did I mention that all the equipment she uses is brand new? If you want a place where everyone is kind and has a positive attitude and really cares about the individual patient and their needs this is the place for you!!!

This is the best Physical Therpay I have ever been to. Dr Hannah has helped my shoulder to gain mobility again, and has reduce my pain tremendously.
