La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

A week ago my boyfriend and I were on a long weekend road trip through Arkansas. We spent one night in Eureka Springs and our next night was here. I told the lady said the front desk that staying in there hotel had given me hope that there really are places to stay that are clean, comfortable, and you feel confident walking on the carpet with no shoes! We were surprised to learn that the structure is almost 25 years old and hadn't gone through a major renovation since 2016. It is immaculately kept. I booked a king size bedroom but I believe they were out of just the room so we were upgraded to a suite. Easily the best Suite I've ever been in. And the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. Really comfortable. Lots of pillows in all types so whatever you prefer, I'd be surprised if you weren't pleased. The breakfast area is right off the main lounge and very nice. Good breakfast buffet set up which is included. Also in that area is a coffee bar that is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

We loved this La Quinta - primarily because of the awesome woman we met at the front desk, Paula. She was so kind and welcoming when we arrived that it made a lasting first impression. She was nice enough to give us a room far away from the elevators and noise and put us on the 3rd floor so we wouldn’t be bothered by footsteps from above (all without us asking). She is a great representative of the La Quinta brand and should receive plaudits from the people who employ her.

We were in town for a wedding and the second night we were there Paula even volunteered to take our picture (she could have a second career as a photographer). Customer service - when done well - makes such a difference in how guests perceive a hotel. Paula apparently knows this.

If you are traveling to Bentonville you should definitely consider this La Quinta. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in some time - not because of the rooms (although the bed was very comfy) or the complimentary breakfast (we had plans both days so never tried it) but because of staff like Paula. Well done La Quinta!!!

p.s. We have had multiple Ritz-Carlton stays and I would put Paula up against anyone who we met at one of their properties.

We enjoyed this hotel. Cedric was very accommodating to our needs.
Our room was by the ice machine and there were kids in the room above us. The hot tub was cooler than I expected. The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries and exceptional biscuits for gravy or jelly.

I really hate to say anything nice about this location because it's an awesome getaway spot. If your just needing to get out of the house or been on the road all day. The staff and property are accommodating to your needs. The upgrades this time were much needed and very appreciated. The staff at this location is top notch. Thanks for helping me relax.

Our stay was wonderful. I have a bad knee and the check in clerk was so understanding and professional he gave us a room close to the door. The room was clean and perfect. We also had a dog. The rules were clear and easy for the dogs stay also. The breakfast was wonderful we had plenty of choices to eat and the coffee was great. Check out was easy. I would suggest all my friends and family that are traveling in the Bentonville area to stay La Quinta Inn.

Custodial and service staff very friendly and accommodating. Highlight is definitely the free breakfast. Biscuits and gravy is bomb. Wish they’d serve the bacon more often than the just the sausage. Good rooms, wish there was better restaurants around though. I stayed for 10 days 👍🏼👍🏼

Went for a long weekend in early November and everything was outstanding. We traveled with our dog and selected the LaQuinta partly because it was rated as "dog-friendly" on some websites. That is absolutely true and there was nothing second class to accommodate our traveling with the dog. The room, breakfast, location, service, staff, cleanliness, and all the things you would want were wonderful. We will definitely come to this location again in the future. As we were there in November of 2023 there is a large open field behind the hotel that was perfect for exercising our dog. Great people on the hotel staff and an overall great experience.

The hotel was lovely and very clean! We will definitely stay again when we return to Crystal Bridges. The breakfast was wonderful and they served free wine (Franzia) and beer in the evening with light snacks. Our only low mark was our mattresses need replacement. They were a bit saggy but still comfortable enough that it didn't affect sleeping.

Nice clean modern hotel with great staff.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Traveling with a pet can be a challenge but this La Quinta was quite welcoming.

Everything here was A+! Staff, breakfast, room....all wonderful. You won't be disappointed.

We booked a room for my daughter birthday, Alexis at the front desk was amazing she was so helpful and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. The rooms are nice plenty of pillows and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was good a nice mixture of hot and cold with lots of options. We definitely will stay here again!!!!

Great service!! Kenneth front desk was very professional and attentive. Hotel was very clean. Room was exceptionally cleaned . Loved the extra touch with the toilet paper (flower) Housekeeping was top notch. Lady working breakfast area was very polite, friendly. Definitely would stay at this hotel again, while visiting Bentonville.

Heidi was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, helpful, and professional. Really nice room, spacious and very clean.

This was our first time in Bentonville, but we mainly wanted a decent place to sleep with a workout room and a pool. This place worked out very well for us -- nice pool, and nice (but very small) workout space with decent treadmills. The rooms was nice, but we soon discovered a fact we'd missed when we were researching for a place to stay: This is a "pet friendly" place, so there are dogs barking now and then. (Not enough to be truly annoying, but it was definitely jarring at times.) Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good (especially for a hotel buffet), and the location was great for us.

Excellent hotel! My favorite location by far. Clean rooms, SUPER comfortable beds, classy set up, very neatly put together and tidy. Rooms are very expansive and large, plenty of room to move around. Desk and chair, dresser, fridge, microwave, and an arm chair to sit and relax in. Bathroom set up has a bathroom with tub/shower combo with sink in bathroom and in addition there's also a vanity area outside of the bathroom with a sink and mirror, very convenient! Yummy breakfast, with eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits and gravy, bagels and cream cheese, boiled eggs etc, a very nice choice for people! Much appreciated. Oh excellent coffee and OJ also! The AC in the room worked great, thermostat controlled. Hotel is located right next to starbucks, other fast food nearby along with Walmart etc. Can't ask for more! Great experience! Love this location, very convenient. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10 rating for me!

Great place to stay very clean. Great service pool was working

This was our first trip to Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed the town and the atmosphere. We stayed at La Quinta for 3 - nights room 247 6/30 - 7/2) and experienced a wonderful staff and accommodations. I left my expensive gel-filled pillow behind, called Paula at the front desk on 7/5 and asked if it was turned into lost & found. It was! Thank you Paula for the great service. The ONLY thing I would change with regard to their breakfast is the lack of bacon on the weekends. I'm not sure why La Quinta feels the need to exclude bacon on the weekends - but it's not a good decision in my opinion. The sausage (which I normally like) is steamed and extremely high in sodium. I like my food salty. Those sausage links are over the top with sodium content.

Note the dresser drawer got stuck closed but was able fix it myself without any major inconvenience.
Staff oversaw the solution.
(Drawer center support was loose and jammed against the frame.
Reached it from the back to dislodge and open.)
Staff provided permanent repair later.
