Pinion Creek Falls is fantastic!

If I had to guess, I'd say this is the second most popular waterfall in Bella Vista (Tanyard Creek Falls, being the first).

They do have trade offs and I think they are both great!

Pinion Creek Falls is located right off the Lake Ann dam. There is a road up to the top of the dam and just on the side of the road are these falls, with an old school style wooden bridge crossing over the falls. You can park on the side of the little service road to the bride and be right there!

This means it stays highly accessible year round. You can see smaller drop, rockier cascades up closer to the source of water from the dam, or the large 10-12 ft drops (maybe 15?) for the either of the two largest drops by the bridge. If you want you can also take a short walk around to the lower end of the falls, under the bridge, so there are lots of opportunities for photography too.

If you're thinking of coming out, I highly recommend Lake Ann for sunrise, the check out the falls.

When I was there it was just a trickle but still a pretty waterfall. I enjoy seeing all kinds. Nice little walking path takes you down and around. But to see the falls it's a very short walk especially if you park along the street .

Easy of the road waterfall. We didn't explore the hiking trails much. There were awesome rock formations and an awesome tree with no soil underneath but the roots driving from the stream.
What a gorgeous area and result accessable.

What a great place to stop and see some waterfalls! I saw many mountain bike riders. It is easy to get to. You can take the trails if you want a good hike, or you can just park and walk across the street to the bridge for pictures. I went the day after a big rain.

Short falls on Back 40 Blowing springs side of 71. Smaller than Tanyard but still pretty place for photos. Bike trail runs through it.

Gorgeous falls. We took the trail to the lookout point. It was beautiful! Easy to access, well developed trail.

Especially beautiful just after or during a good rain. Very close to the road (less than 50')so not a long hike for the mobility impaired.

Pinion Creek Falls is very pretty. It's a short walk to the Falls from the parking area. Continue on the short trail, and it will take you to the top area where there are lovely cascades. Trail needs maintenance in one area, but it's worth it.

Just a few steps from the side of the road where you park (and hidden up a winding road past a lumber company - yes, you’re going the right way) Absolutely beautiful & worth seeing 🫶

Pinion Creek Falls have the easiest waterfalls to access I have come across so far in my waterfall quest in Northwest Arkansas! You can park on the road next to Lake Ann, walk a short ways down the paved road and there they are. They are actually handicap accessible as they can be viewed from the paved area. There is more than one waterfall, of varying height. The photos don't do the height justice. The creek runs under the rocks and forms more waterfalls. There us a foot bridge you can cross if you want to hike deeper into the woods. The mountain bike trail can be hiked, which is what we did, to the Back Forty, the Bella Vista Public Library and back. Some of the trails can be quite steep and rocky on foot. It's a great hike, and even if you just go for the waterfalls, definitely worth it.

Beautiful place. I came today after a heavy rain last night thinking the falls would be flowing pretty good but since it comes from a spillway from the lake above it's actually lower than last time I was here.. they most of lowered the lake last night considering benton county had a flood warning for a few hrs. Great trails and very beautiful place.

One of my absolute favorite places I've been in the area!! This was my first time here and I already cannot wait to go back. Absolutely beautiful falls, incredibly peaceful area with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy. Trails are available to go enjoy nature and I loved being able to climb down to the base of the falls and just enjoy it all! Don't miss out on going up the road and seeing beautiful Lake Ann as well!

A gorgeous spot, kind of a Bella Vista secret. Always different, depending on rainfall. Sometimes it's taking and sometimes flowing gently. There are great hammock spots and, when it's lower, fun places to climb on the rocks. Pics are after a big storm.

Cute little falls just north of Bentonville. No official parking, but wide shoulder made parking just fine.

Limited parking, would be beautiful to visit after a good rain so the waterfalls are flowing. Good hiking trails and a surprise geocache. Not handicap accessible.

It is a beautiful place and I've seen one of my best lake here. Although I visited here in this spring but it is as beautiful as ever.
