Very friendly staff, comfy rooms - WITH a fridge and microwave without an extra charge like some places are doing. The dining area is spacious and clean, coffee and juice always available, and, none of this handing over a cold breakfast biscuit to put in a lobby microwave - they give you a REAL breakfast! Plenty of hot and cold choices. This will be my go-to place when we visit family now ☺

I WOULD recommend this place! The staff, the breakfast and check in and checkout process was flawless. I’d recommend it if you have kids or a wife. Room was smaller than other places I’ve stayed, but still very comfortable! The room was clean, the sheets were clean, floor was clean. Everything about this place was clean. If my wife and I ever need a place to sleep while passing through Bentonville, they will be the first place we stop.

Side note. One of the employees happily cleaned up an accident that a little boy made with his drink. Said employee kept reassuring the mom it was fine and accidents happen. The character and integrity of the staff was refreshing to say the least.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel has cute homey Christmas decorations. It was clean and the small hot breakfast was typical but good. Prices were great. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We had a great stop here on a recent roadtrip. Great value for the price. Clean and comfy with friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel, reasonably priced and conveniently located for visiting Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville. Easy check in and checkout.

Rooms are clean, quiet, sufficient, affordable, good location unless your making a left turn but you can easily turn right and make another turn to head in preferred direction. If fancy breakfast is your thing go elsewhere but I'm not a big breakfast person.

It was a wonderful place to stay!!! Would stay there again.

Had an excellent experience. Centrally and safely located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and markets. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Sanitation was impeccable through the entire establishment.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days for business. The whole experience was great. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly, but what i loved most is that because i was a single female there alone, they wouldnt tell anyone I was there unless they called me first. It annoyed my husband, but not me. Either way the rooms was comfortable and clean. My daily room service was amazing. The only thing I think they could do better is there offering of breakfast options. Add a meat, and waffle maker. Besides that it was FANTASTIC!

It's quick and convenient for a couple hours of sleep. The size of the room is fine and I didn't have any issues sleeping. The sheets were clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast is budget mode but honestly it isn't important to me. For a quick stay, it's perfectly fine and I liked it.

Really nice and helpful staff. It’s a budget hotel so a little worn down in places, but very clean and well cared for. The only negative which not against the hotel is that the left turn out of the parking lot is rough!

Clean and updated. Good value. Staff were professional, but not overly friendly. Very minimal breakfast. Difficult to drive into location. Hidden behind the Starbucks and off of Walton Drive which is a very busy street.

If you need to stay in Bentonville on a budget, this is the place to go. The rooms are small, but I think the name of the place should get that idea across. Breakfast was very basic, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, & it's right behind Starbucks. The room was immaculately clean. I travel a lot for work, & I'm rarely compelled to review the places I stay at. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay there again.

Check in was fast and friendly. The person at the desk was friendly and professional. Perfect stop on our trip. Highly recommend!

Very clean. The front desk agent, Lance, was super helpful. I had an interview that was changed to a phone interview due to the first snow. Lance allowed me to stay an extra 2 hours to complete the call in the privacy and comfort of my room. He also gave me several tips on how to drive in snow and ice as I had never done before!

I was extremely impressed with Lance and his staff. They are so friendly and beyond accommodating. Being there made my trip to beautiful Arkansas even more memorable. Rooms are immaculate, and the location was perfect! Thanks for being part of an awesome stay!!

Our room was spotless. I tend to be a little OCD about bathrooms in hotels and I didn't need to clean anything. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice and plump. They have free breakfast with a nice variety of breakfast items and offer coffee and hot tea all day long. They have 4 different types of fruit juice also. The Wi-Fi is fast and the rooms come with a refrigerator, microwave and individual coffee maker. If you need to do laundry during your stay, it costs $1.50 to wash and I believe it is the same to dry. The employees are friendly and helpful. There's an area where you can use their computer and a gym area to work out in. Very very happy with my stay at this hotel in Bentonville Arkansas.

Spent April 24th - April 30th at this hotel and I can personally say everyone was very helpful. Got me a safe ride to the mall, fixed my room key about a million times for me when I somehow deactivated and even printed my boarding pass for me. Room was cleaning and hotel is very well kept. I will be returning to this hotel when I return. Thank you amazing staff. You made my stay fun..

The company I have worked for has used this hotel for over 4 years now. Lance and his team has always been great to work with. What the news has shown I believe it to fake they obviously have been falsely accused. There team has always been great to all associates we have had stay there even with their service animal when needed. We have 20 to 30 associates stay here every month and not once have we had any problem. Thank you for everything Lance. I hope people do not believe everything they see on the news or read about. It simply is not true.
