Bella Vista Back 40 Trail Head

Some of my favorite trails to ride during the Fall 🍂

IMO, back 40 is one of Bentonville's best trail systems. It's got everything you'd want in a cross country trail.

I did a 26 mile day hike here, walked the full loop and didn’t see a single piece of litter on the trails. I’ve never been so impressed in my entire life with how well a trail system is maintained. Unbelievable trails!

Nice oarking area. Port-o-potty onsite at the trailhead. Great spot to enjoy the outdoors with a family hike or MTB ride!

These trails were a much needed addition to Bella Vista, and it is appreciated.

Perfect for walkies with your doge, a shimmy on cycle, getting carried away by your legs.

Beautiful spots for morning or evening hikes!

One of the best XC mountain bike trails in the country.

Nice trail, well maintained. It is a bit close to some roads and houses so for hiking this isn’t as isolated as desired, but still nice for the area.

Good trails. Not at all for beginners or you will find yourself at the lake and taking an uber back to the car. Also google had 2 locations for the start of the trail and one is an intersection and the other has a small parking at further away which is where we ended up.

My family and I hiked this trail after connecting to it from Pinion Creek Trail. The entire area of Bella Vista is a great area to hike or mountain bike, and the Back Forty is not to be missed.

Take bug spray! I didn't and found at least 100-200 tick larvae on me after a short two mile hike. Lovely trails and a real treasure to have, just be smart with the DEET!

Great Trail, not too hard but challenging enough to keep it interesting. There are many different routes to take whether you want a nice and easy ride or a full day ride

1st time running here. We ran in a couple inches of snow. 6 miles total. It was a great adventure, then post run we went for sushi 🍣.

Awesome trail definitely be ready to be tired after the 24 miles or so.

Great trail and should try it if you can and have about 4 hours!

One of the best trail systems in the area. Great for all styles of biking and hiking.

Rode the 8 mile wet weather route. Great ride. Took about an hour.

Great trails, and they're even on Google maps now!

Got a flat , and just one nice man asked if needed help ,but I was almost done. God bless him....
