Dr Bicak and Michaela Berndt are an excellent primary care team. They're both very patient, great listeners, fun to talk to, very knowledgeable and very willing to explore what might be an issue. Office staff is very responsive to phone calls and usually gets you a same-day or next-day appointment. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

My mother has had Dr Bicak as her primary physician for many years. I am very happy with the care he has given her and have recently had more interaction with him myself the older she gets so I can be more involved in her care. He is a very kind and caring physician and listens to her concerns and makes sure she understands what he is advising her before she leaves, no matter how long she needs to comprehend it. He has had a lot of experience and knowledge to share and I've considered changing to him as well. I'm very impressed with his level of care.

One of the kindest most genuine doctors I’ve ever been to! He never rushes you, he truly listens and shares his medical and personal experience with you! He is one of a kind and I’m so grateful I found him!

Dr Bicak is a great doctor. He gave me the secret to losing weight and it has worked for me. I lost over 60 pounds in two years and I have kept it off. He is also very good at diagnosing health problems and is easy to talk to. He has a great doctor to patient manner. Recommend him highly. The nurse practitioner, Michelle Is also great. The nurses and other staff are friendly and efficient. Great doctors office. I no longer am a patient of Dr Bicak because I went in Medicare and unfortunately he does not accept Medicare. I miss him and his awesome staff. Sure wish the government would get the problem fixed so Medicare patients could receive better medical care. It’s very hard for doctors to file all the Medicare paperwork.

Dr. Bicak is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is a compassionate physician and always makes sure to give you the time and attention you need. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always ready with a referral when he feels a specialist is needed. You may have to wait sometimes but he makes it totally worth it. You know he is running behind because he is making sure every patient gets the quality of care they need and deserve. I hope to never need another primary care because I doubt another doctor could ever compare to him.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bicak for many years now. He is always willing to discuss and listen to any concerns that you may have. He is professional as well as personable. He not only takes care of you medically but is actually concerned with how you are personally. He gets and A+ in my book.

Just had my second annual with Dr. Bicak and couldn't be more happy. He was referred to me by a coworker last year after I was left unsatisfied with previous doctors I've seen in the area. Dr. Bicak is extremely knowledgeable, caring, patient and really thinks outside the box. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so. Thank you, Dr. Bicak.

Doctor Biack it’s a very professional and thorough doctor he has been with my family since my children were babies he took care of them growing up my self and my husband also, my husband was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago Doctor Biack basically saved my husband’s life twice where other doctors failed to see some issues he was having and Doctor Biack knew my husbands issues right away and took care of it. Now that my children have grown they still go to Doctor Biack and now they are taking their own children. I trust my life and my children’s life in this doctors hands. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and his staff everyone there is fantastic and knowledgeable in the jobs that they are doing.

I've been seeing Dr. Bicak for many years, and have referred many friends and family over the years all with happy experiences. Dr. Bicak takes the time to understand what's going on, discuss options that are best for the patient (not always just writing a scrip), and explaining the condition with the patient in a very conversational way. This is the type of Doctor that actually treats a patient like a person, rather than a number. This is why he left the mega-system of Mercy Heath Systems; and I'm happy to say that he's succeeding. I can always count on him and his staff to do a great job and be very flexible if I need them to be. No one looks forward to visiting a doctor, but I can honestly say that I always know it will be a good experience. Plus- they have the coolest books in the waiting area; I've never had time to read much since they are so punctual, but one day I may just go hang out and read them :)

Dr. Bicak is the best doctor I've ever had. He and his staff take time to listen and get to know you on a personal basis. An actual human answers the phone, unless it is lunchtime or busy. You will definitely NOT feel like a number here. I can't say enough.

Dr Bicek is the best doctor by far in the greater area. He deeply cares about his patients, not just their symptoms but their whole well being. He has a very nice staff and a convenient location in Bentonville.

I saw Dr Bicak after being misdiagnosed by the nearby urgent care. I was super delirious from having a fever for 9 days straight. But he was super attentive and asked all the right questions to figure out what antibiotic I needed. Thank You

I did not see Bicak. I did see NP Bernt. She is very knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously within days after seeing her. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

My dad has been having issues for years and it's been difficult to find a doctor that would try to get it fixed versus feeding pain pills. He was super helpful and will now be my dads full time Doctor. So thankful.

So thankful for these doctors and the care my entire family receives. Everyone in the office is kind and respectful.

I would agree that both Bicak and Wieneke are god, but the office staff is GREAT. During my fasting, for a physical exam, they offered to bring me a pizza if I could not make it.

Now that is service !

the last 15 years he has been a great doc. if you don't want to know you have a issue with your own behavior you should stay clear. he will let you know what you might be doing to contributing your heath.
