Animal Medical Center at Pinnacle Hills

I have been twice so far and it has been a great experience both times. Dr. Blomberg is fantastic with cats (and any other pet).

I want to point out that this is the only place that has ever been able to give my second, not so tolerant, cat shots. Gently AND without any sort of sedation. Incredible team. This is the place to bring your fur babies.

The entire staff at AMC Pinnacle Hills is absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond with two litters for us. They truly do put your animals best interest first and are very fair in pricing. They are compassionate individuals that don’t make you feel like just a price tag. We lost one puppy and they did everything in their power to try to save her. They also gave us the time and respect to say our goodbyes. My family is beyond thankful for these beautiful souls. We will only bring our animals here!

Really wonderful staff - we switched to AMC after a very negative experience at another local vet and we're very glad we did. Dr. Fugett, Mike, the other technicians and office staff are so welcoming and caring, and they have done an amazing job looking after Boone. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinarian care for their pets.

Dr. O’Neal and Ashley were amazing when we brought my moms dog in. We were at the emergency vet for 4 hours and they handed us our dog back with a puppy’s head hanging out from her and told us to go elsewhere if we were unable to pay for the surgery. Dr. O’Neal and Ashley were able to work us in right away and even came up with a cost efficient way to have a c-Section and a spay at the same time. After giving our dog anesthesia, they were able to release the puppy without out surgery! We had our dog back within an hour of dropping her off. Ashley called to check up on them the next day. The whole staff has gone above and beyond for us!

Dr. Fugett and the team there are amazing! They seem to have genuine love and care for our fur babies! They’re thorough and kind hearted people. So happy with our experience here!

We have been visiting AMC at both Midtown and now at the new Pinnacle location for quite awhile now. The vets, techs, and kennel staff have built such a sweet rapport with our dogs that makes it so much easier to take good care of them.

The vets at AMC have guided us through major surgeries and diagnoses and have always been able to give practical advice without losing sight of the course of action that ultimately benefits the dogs the most.

I've only just moved to town yet I've never felt more secure about my pets welfare. I've only been to the animal medical center at Pinnacle hills three times now. First for a general checkup and to get my pets prescriptions established in my new state. And then an overnight boarding that went better than I could have expected. Today I came in to get lipoma checked out on my dog's side. The staff was nice enough to do the visit outside which makes it more comfortable for my pet even though it was sweltering outside. They were very skilled and quick at getting a sample from my pet without him getting upset or reactive. On every single one of my visits, the staff has always been helpful, friendly and incredibly skilled. The facilities including the boarding are absolutely spotless every time. To top it off I saw Dr. O'Neill, her staff and family go out of their way to help save a cat that escaped from their owner trying to move them to their vehicle *without a pet carrier*. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for the best possible care for their loved ones. Just remember the leashes & pet carriers 🙏

The absolute best vet!! We will never take our dogs elsewhere. They receive the best care and all of the staff is so helpful.

Dr. Fugett is amazing! Both of my dogs love him! The hospital is clean and beautiful. The entire staff is helpful, kind and professional.

Met my sister here on an urgent dog matter. We were cared for by Kellie Hale, D.V.M. And her amazing assistant. Top notch care for the pupper and a lot of positive encouragement for the humans. They are gentle and loving with the dogs, patient and professional. My sisters dog “Hope” is a beautiful Golden Retriever rescue that she has had for 2 1/2 months. This dog was saved from a puppy mill kennel, so she definitely has trust issues. Dr Hale and team knows this and take extra care in handling her and talking to her as they exam and treat. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. If you are in need of a Veterinary Clinic, call them- you won’t be disappointed.

Everyone there is AMAZING! They take really great care of both my fur babies. They also send pictures of them having fun. If you pay a Lil extra, they will bathe and trim their Lil nails. They will come back smelling good like real good lol

The staff of Animal Medical Centers, both locations, have now saved the lives of 2 of our furry friends. (5 years apart). They were wonderful with our dog that was torn apart by 2 other dogs and now a cat that was hit by a car. And they were wonderful with us.... keeping us informed and calm.

I LOVE this clinic. They’re fairly priced. Their staff is warm and welcoming and above all I trust them with my pet! I went somewhere different this week that was closer to where I live for my pups yearly appointment and let’s just say I wish I had just made the trip here cause they didn’t match the quality or care of this place even remotely. Definitely will be my go to spot as long as I’m in NWA.

There are not enough stars to fully express my gratitude to Dr. Dickey and staff. They saved my baby's life from an obstruction in her intestine on a busy day before a holiday with no hesitation. Everyone was kind and compassionate. And, Dr. Dickey just knows his stuff! His experience and passion for his profession is evident. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They got us in very fast. We went in because of a sore on our dogs foot and we had mentioned that she has a lot of ear trouble. The vet checked out her ears and offered us great advice. We just moved here and we are excited that this is our vet.

We called AMC yesterday morning after our regular vet wouldn't return our calls during an emergency. We had never been here before, however AMC got us in less than 2 hours after I called (I called right when they opened) and they took the best care of our Millie girl. They also were very thorough in explaining our options, and gave us an accurate quote on pricing before we agreed to treatment. Millie ended up having to have surgery, and they took her back straight away! That would have never happened at the vet we were using before, and the cost was so much less! We would have paid 2-3X what we were charged yesterday had we went to our normal vet. Needless to say we will be returning with all of our pets, they treated us and our baby like family in our time of need and we are so grateful!!!

I chose this office just based off the couple of interactions I had on the phone after calling multiple offices. When I got to the clinic they were so incredibly sweet and supportive the whole entire time during our difficult family decision. Beverly especially, Karen, Steven and Dr. Fugett thank you all very much I couldn't have done it without you guys.

My dog Phantom recently had an overnight stay at Animal Medical Center Pinnacle Hills. He received excellent care and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service provided. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the amenities were top-notch. They responded quickly to my questions and kept me informed throughout the stay.
