The room we had was excellent room with cable 📺 couch, two beds microwave, mini refrigerator, and bathroom. And nice office space. Wi-Fi, With nice art 🖼🖌🎨on the walls And well balanced breakfast🍳🥓🧇 Comforts of home.🏡 😴That my opinion. 👍👍

I was delighted by this hotel and wanted to stay longer! One of the most comfortable lovely little king bed rooms I've had in quite a while. The entire property was clean and nice. Friendly too!

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. big hot tub and nice warm pool. The pool was such a comfortable temperature that we were able to experience our 3 month old in the pool for the first time. The door that goes outside in the pool/spa area was broken so if you went outside, you couldn’t let it shut if you wanted to get back inside.

Clean rooms, clean pool area, good customer service and steong coffee. Todd at the front desk was the best!

Blink and you might miss the entrance, but a great hotel! Nicely designed and updated. Great colors. Very Clean. Friendly staff and generous manager. Only two issues during visit: hot tub was out of service, had been for a while (was not disclosed) and they might get the part in a "month or so"...secondly, the shampoo/conditioner provided is not enough for anyone that has more than a pixie cut. Bring your own, or be prepared to ask for more daily. Otherwise, 10/10 would return and recommend!

Enjoyed our 6 night stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The ladies that took care of breakfast were amazing. Food was yummy and there was a great variety that the ladies made sure was fresh and stocked. Applause the them. My only negative is the road noise. I understand the hotel was on a busy street but I've stayed in others that have been close to busy streets and noise was not an issue. Everything else was great. I would suggest this hotel for others to stay at. Location to all places of interest, shopping, and restaurants was perfect.

Amazing experience! We checked in & told the front desk it was my birthday & they gave me a discounted rate & said, "Happy birthday"! They were very kind and friendly. They remembered us during our whole stay & asked about how our excursions went. Rooms were clean & contemporary. They had everything we needed in the room: microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Free breakfast was included & I was actually shocked at what a good breakfast it was! Lots of hot items like eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh biscuits and gravy. Only complaint if I had one was walls were a little thin. We could hear the people's alarm going off next to us, elevator dinging & cars driving down the road. But we just slept with the TV on to drive out the noise & it worked. Location is ideal because you can take back roads to all the attractions without the busy roads and traffic. We will be back!!

This was the BEST hotel experience we have ever had! All of the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating. Tim…the maintenance manager introduced himself and shook my boyfriend’s hand. He made great conversation. Everyone was wonderful. The room was exactly what we needed and was very clean. The breakfast was REALLY good….you must try the fresh waffles! We go to Arkansas a lot and we will definitely keep going there!

What a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The hotel looked clean, upgraded and new. The rooms were spacious with super comfy beds, modern decor and accents with calming colors and patterns. Plus each room has both fire & carbon monoxide detectors in them-I LOVE that!! Thank you!!! Also there's lots of restaurants and food options in walking distance .

The rooms here were SPOTLESS, the cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen in my life! Each staff I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed my stay here immensely, even if it was for a short time. Keep up the good work!

The rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of selections, the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast hours are 6:00 till 9:30 which I thought was a little early to end but most of the people there were workers in the area and they were gone by 8.

Our room is the perfect place to rest. Everything needed is here and in excellent condition. Great little sofa set apart from beds, terrific desk and chair. Excellent lighting. Has a bathtub! Great location for access to the mountains, city attractions, and medical facilities, and walk to restaurants. Spotless lobby and halls. I couldn’t call to talk to front desk using room phone, but that was not a big deal.

So all the reviews I read that were bad are people who want something that really isn't realistic like replenishing a whole breakfast bar right before it closes just for them or something that can't be helped like short staffing so they had to wait for a room. My review..... the hotel is it was outstanding. Super comfy beds, clean rooms, kind staff, and a breakfast that was well organized and delicious. Miss Dorothy does an outstanding job. We went to breakfast at 7am because we all know if you don't get there early its gonna be gone. That's the drill. The biscuits were soft and eggs were like they were homemade. Miss Dorothy thank you for such a lovely breakfast. Best western thank you for having such a nice hotel. The pool was closed was my kid a little disappointed? Well yes but they had just put chemicals in it cause a huge group of teens destroyed it. I'd rather her not swim in either. Take reviews with a grain of salt and read deeper into the expierence is all I gotta say. You can tell staff like Miss Dorothy takes pride in their job. We will be back if we ever hit this town again ❤.

Fantastic hotel, room, service, pool and breakfast! Hot water was hot!!! Breakfast was great both mornings. You can get into the hotel from 2 directions too! We actually changed our reservation for next week to stay here again!

Many choices for hotels in Bentonville. This Best Western is super clean and tidy. Our room was spotless. Hallways and elevator are spotless. Rate did include breakfast. That was clean and well organized too. Had eggs, sausage, potatoes and cereal items. The rate we paid was $145 with taxes. That price for the quality of this place in Bentonville is a steal. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel has everything you're looking for: a welcoming lobby, an immaculately clean and well appointed room, a comfortable bed, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast offering was a bit meagre due to Covid restrictions, but you'll find that everywhere right now. Overall, we had a delightful stay and would not hesitate to book here again!

Great location easy to get to everybody was nice chicken was easy. Beds were 4 out of five just a little firm for my taste but for a hotel they were excellent which is why I still gave the place five stars.

Beautiful room, the pool was fantastic, breakfast was delicious. Couldn't have asked for better amenities while traveling for work! The staff was wonderfully helpful for the out of towners too! Gave us great couple tips to have a nice sit down meal for a change that didn't break the bank!

Whoa! This is such a nice room!! 🤩 Room #228, Tastefully decorated, seems newly updated, super comfortable, cushy beds, the room has a small sectional with a work table, a frige, microwave etc., nice sized bathroom, I would suggest a better exhaust fan but overall, im very impressed, everything looks spic-n-span clean, couldn't ask for more! So glad I reserved 2 nights. Be careful with fruit in the frige, it froze our grapes, which was fine, I like frozen grapes but it also froze our strawberries. Just double check the coldness setting and you should be good. The breakfast was great eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage bell pepper and onions to add to your eggs. Bacon, bagels, cereals, waffles, fruits, juices and coffee, and i believe they even had yogurts, such a nice selection! I really enjoyed this location and would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff! Outside and inside very clean! Comfortable lobby area! The room was so unbelievably nice and comfortable as well that I didn't want to even leave the bed. The furniture and layout was gorgeous. Large flat screen TV, very decent sized refrigerator & microwave!! Express checkout!! Breakfast was delicious!! Better than most hotels I've stayed at! And we got the room directly through Best Western (signed up as a rewards member for free) and got it for about $50 less than if we went through Expedia or Orbits. I would have expected this room to go for about $100 more than it did after arriving! Loved our stay and will happily stay there many more times and only go to best westerns in the future!
