Very professional and knowledgeable.

Originally switched to him for my ADD that I’ve had since 8 years old. After doing all the paperwork and paying, I went to my first appt. He said he won’t do anything until I go to another place to pay for and take a test to show that I have ADD (I imagine that Dr is his friend). 34 years of medical and prescription records is not proof of ADD for his “personal policy”. I should be clear that I don’t want stimulants like Aderall. I don’t like them. When I expressed my frustration with this un-empathetic Dr practice, he childlessly responded “fine, I just won’t treat you then”. Way to fulfill your oath as a medical professional 🤦‍♂. Then after the first visit, I couldn’t refill my depression meds. It took his office weeks to get me my meds again. That is absolutely unacceptable in the mental health industry. Looking at his online review, I’m not alone with my perception that he is not a quality medical professional.

This doctor is the definition of Big Pharma. If you need help please do not waste your time money or effort with him! Dr Randall Staley was the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever been treated by. After letting him have his way with my medications for over a year we decided it wasn’t working; I THEN ASKED FOR A REFERRAL—HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF REFERRAL AND TOLD ME HE HAS ALREADY TRIED EVERYTHING. Yeah. He used to do inpatient at spring woods so I feel like his view on mental health and medication is warped. he was also very impatient and borderline rude.

Staley at mana clinic was the worst doctor I've ever had easily offended is a great way to describe him; He "tried everything" with me and then refused to give me a referral to anyone else? I don't know what's wrong with this doctor but I would never recommend him to anyone.

I saw him after being referred by my pcp (also at Mana Health). I tried to talk about my concerns, I wasn't listened to, and was put on a medication before he tried anything else. I would not recommend him.

You will be worse off after you see him. He will not listen to your concerns, and will not refer you to other doctors, as others have stated. This is worse than no treatment because it will delay you getting to a doctor that cares about your outcome.

He is impatient and easily offended. I will never go back. What a mess.😡
