Patricia Ellen Sheppard, APRN

I've been seeing Dr. Sheppard for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased. She has been taking such good care of me. She has helped me reach some very important goals that has made such a difference with several health issues I had struggled with for years. She ACTUALLY listens to me! Her level of compassion and empathy amazes me, and you can tell it's genuine. I feel she really does care. I just love her to death!! 🥰😀👍

absolutely love Patricia Sheppard. She was very attentive, engaged, thorough and had the best bedside manner of a doctor that I’ve had in a very long time. She truly seems to care about her patients. and the staff in that office are all just as sweet and helpful as they can be. I’m so glad I switched to Dr Sheppard

I had a phenomenon experience with Dr. Ellen. I felt seen & heard as an individual & at no point did I feel rushed or like it was a burden to deal with my laundry list of things that needed to be addressed. I’m grateful for the time, patience and kindness that was taken by not only her but the rest of the amazing staff I interacted with. All around positive experience. I’m so grateful to finally not have to beg a physician to help me. It’s honestly quite emotional to find a physician that cares.

APRN Sheppard is the best! She is very attentive and listens. She is friendly and caring and does what she can to help you feel better. The front desk and the other staff are courteous are professional. When I have sent messages on the app, the staff doesn’t take long to reply. I’ve never had to wait too long in the office to be seen.

Dr Shepherd what can I say I love the attention never seems to be in a hurry listens to my needs, answers my questions. She's been my doctor since I moved to Arkansas 9 years ago. Highly recommended
