Mercy Clinic Primary Care - J Street

Literally cannot reccomend this clinic enough. Janice Williams is my primary care physician and she is wonderful. My most favorite doctor I have ever had. But what really sells this place is the ability to quickly get a human being on the phone to help you address your needs. None of this waiting half a day to talk to a nurse or sitting on hold forever just to speak to the receptionist. Never have I had access to such prompt medical advice. Plus, all the staff at this clinic go the extra mile in taking the time to really listen to you. I have never felt rushed and always felt truly cared about at this clinic. For the most part they get you in and out quickly, there have been a couple times I have had to wait a little while to see the doctor but you will get that anywhere you go. You will not get this kind of quick and easy accessibility to their wonderful office staff and nurses anywhere you go though. That's what makes this clinic the best.

Dr. P is great. Very caring. Listens, answers my questions. I wouldn't pick any one else for my PCP.
I had to leave before I saw the doctor or had my blood drawn. A student doctor spent an hour with me being rude, snippy and stupid. He told me I didn't have RA because my hands didn't look like his mother's!?! I have rescheduled with Dr. P but have stipulated that I don't want the brat anywhere near me.

Nurse Practitioner Janice Williams was better than any Doctor I have seen. She was extremely thorough and had a great sense of humor. I would recommend her to anyone. The staff from front desk to RN to people drawing blood were awesome. Great experience for my wife.

Aparantly you do not go to Dr Rosie because she is the best doctor I have ever had, and she has remarkable bedside manners and fits me in when I need to be seen even though she’s booked out 6 months. I think that’s why I like mercy, Everyone that has put negative reviews needs to see her and I bet you would totally change your mind! I love the girls in the blood drawing room they crack me up!

NP Janice Williams was amazing! She worked quick, but answered every single question I had and explained everything very thoroughly. And the woman who drew my blood made me feel very safe. even the staff at the front were kind. Overall, I was there for 30mins and I had my test results by the end of the day.

I just had my first visit to establish myself as a patient with the APRN Samantha - everyone from the front desk staff to Sam's nurse, herself and the lab technicians were so friendly and personable. I have never visited a clinic that was not only friendly, but prompt in seeing patients while still thorough and caring. I plan to continue to see Samantha and come to this clinic for my healthcare needs.

I love going to Dr Rude. Not afraid to order tests. Gives me the results of testing in ways I understand. I never feel rushed like I have with other doctors in the past. Nurse and the lab there are awesome!

Just established with a new PCP.
Dr Paradkar was kind,gentle and took her time with me,explaining certain things.
And never has a Dr hugged me!
I felt like a valuable patient.

I'm very critical on doctors,Dr.rude and the whole office is the way it should be,listens,not afraid to order tests.gives me the results of testing in ways I understand.both my wife,myself see her.it takes a load off your health problems when you like your doctor,her nurse,the lab and xrays there also.

Dr. Paradkhar is awesome. She takes her time to talk and examine. She gives advice and cares for her patients.

UPDATE: The Drs Nurse got hold of me and the Nurse Practioner got my medication. I still sat for the weekend and have gotten little sleep because of my injuries, but they do care, it's just a mess it's so busy. Giving two stars back to them for righting an error. We all make mistakes, I just hold the medical community to a standard of communication at least. But these are good people.
*****ORIGINAL*****If the Dr takes Friday off, you will receive NO care from this clinic. NO refills until Monday. This has been a recurring theme, too busy to take care of their patients. Enter at the risk of your own health. BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS won't even be taken care of. Had to go to the ER to get BLOOD PRESSURE down and mess afterwards. Dr. Archer will smile to your face and do nothing for you. Take charge of your care folks!! And I have 2 broken vertebrae I'm dealing with now with little to no help

Dr. Rosie is friendly and thorough. I have had some problems in the past when seeing the previous NP with long wait times but that seems to have gotten better in the last year.
