Bentonville Revenue Office

I had a good experience. Got my license renewed from out of state, brought two forms of ID and had a relatively quick and easy process. Waited abt 30 min on a Fri morning. Staff was friendly and helpful- thanks Liz!

Moved from out of state so needed new driver’s licenses & a license plate. Went mid-morning on a Wednesday, took a number & was prepared to wait. Bring a book or something to do!

We had filled out information online & had the confirmation code which saved the staff some time. The online website clearly laid out everything you needed. I did have a question about the AR residency documents bc we didn’t have a lot w/my name, but if you bring a copy of your marriage certificate- it can be in your spouse’s name (I called to double check a copy was ok). We were able to get our license plates after our driver’s licenses were ready. Just do your due diligence ahead of time, understand this is a process worth doing & treat the staff w/kindness & respect!

I visited around 10:30 am on a Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Perfect time because it's in between the morning rush hour with everyone trying to get their business done before they go to work, and the lunch peak time where everyone also tries to get things done on their lunch break. Works every time. I pulled a ticket for #38 and the digital wall display was showing #32. It ended up after assessing that we didn't need to stay there. So we left and I handed my ticket to a gentleman who had just pulled a ticket #41, and left his ticket by the dispenser. Staff and security there are pleasant folks, so be kind.

Omg in the 20 years I’ve lived here i hate going to revenue office. This time was so much easier . Almost every window was open the people working were nice (they used to not be) and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I went in at 1 for a license renewal and was out by 2:15, which is decent because once my number was called, I was taken care of in less than 10 minutes. The people who work here are great, super friendly and dedicated. Sure, the wait isn't great but it's much better than others that I've experienced. The woman who took my licence photo is incredibly sweet and polite, I enjoyed her immensely. Will be back if the occasion calls for it!

I am grateful to Lisa and Andra for a wonderful experience getting my Arkansas Driver’s License and my Car Registration. I am still in awe that it only took less than an hour for the processing of my DL, assessment and registration of my car. Lisa and Andra are cheerful, friendly, helpful and very kind. Kudos to the Revenue Office in Bentonville. You guys blessed my day. More power to all of you! God bless you guys more!

The lady who helped me, Cindy, was extremely kind and mindful of the time limit I had. She helped me in ways she didn’t have to! I’m grateful that when my ticket number was called, she was the one I was paired with. I hope she receives the same courtesy she gives others. Overall, this DMV is always pleasant compared to ones I went to in Tennessee. 💕

My experience getting tags for my new car today was both easy and pleasant. Reba in particular was super sweet and everyone I spoke to was patient as I was not familiar with the process. Much appreciated!

I had a fabulous experience getting new tags and a new driver’s license. The process was so easy and I was in and out in under an hour. Never have I been treated so kindly at a DMV. Every person I had contact with was so nice and knowledgeable and Cindy was exceptional.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a government office ever. Just moved back so I went for a license and for the Real ID and was in and out in under 30 min. It went so fast I went home and printed off insurance and registered my car in Arkansas right after and both transactions were done in just over an hour.

The staff are nice and helpful! The hours are better . They close at 6:00 pm. The one in Roger's closes to early 4:30 . Bentonville revenue office Rocks ! Getting off work and still able to get my business done. Very much appreciated!

Every time I come here the staff is highly knowledgeable and very considerate. The wait may be long depending on how many people are there before you. During this pandemic we all have to be understanding and patient.

I have had a great experience with bentonville revenue office. They have always answered the phone anytime i call and have very courteous and helpful. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I came from a town much smaller than Bentonville, and the DMV there NEVER answered their phone. So I applaud Bentonville Revenue for their customer service!

Every time I have called they have answered all my questions over the phone. In the office, waiting times have been acceptable (under 10-15 minutes) and the people are polite, respectful and efficient.

Went in, paid for my new license, took photo and was out in 10 minutes. The wait was 1 person was in front of me and then had to wait for my license to be printed. Good experience.

I just moved to AR and needed new tag and drivers lic. Everyone I spoke with was kind and very efficient. I got there at 10:45 and all was complete by 11:30. I expected the worst and got the best

The people here are always friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front help desk and saved me a lot of trouble on multiple occasions. With all my past experiences I couldn't ask for more.

No one likes going to the Revenue office, but this place makes it as painless as it can be. They go above and beyond to help you know what to bring next time if you didn't bring something with no judgement.

I went right when they opened. Susan was very sweet and helpful. I was 100% prepared when I went in there. Only spent 45 minutes in there.
