DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Bentonville

Had an unplanned trip for spring break and wound up at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we had nothing but positive experiences. The hotel was nice, clean, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was awesome! We were greeted by someone who gave us all kinds of advice on what to do with our kiddos and where to eat. Breakfast was decent. The food at the lounge was okay at best. Little pricey for what it offers. Will definitely stay here again when we come back and visit again!

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton absolutely saved me this weekend! I had booked a room at a lower rate hotel that was in a convenient location and had a pool, to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. We got to the other hotel, clearly told them we were excited to swim, and got settled into the room. The kids then went down to swim and there was a big sign saying the pool was closed. I was totally mortified because this was a MERMAID party and swimming was a big part of the plan! My daughter has had a tough last year, and I had wanted this to be special. Cue me going online and booking DoubleTree. We got a suite on the ground floor, no problem. When we arrived the staff had big smiles on their faces, offered the kids a warm cookie, and gave off the most positive and excited vibe. It just lit everyone up and turned around the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was absolutely great, and the staff were phenomenal. I can honestly say this is the BEST hotel in the Bentonville area, with the BEST staff! I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to NWA!

I have to give a special thanks to the pretty redhead at the front desk. She was warm, friendly, personable, efficient and fast. She made the stay inviting and it felt like home. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The front desk was helpful. The room was super clean and comfy. No traffic noise. Cookies were delicious.

Loved our stay here while we were in Bentonville for the Little People of America Conference. They had step stools in the room as well as all the public bathrooms! The room was awesome and had a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was great at the buffet. Will definitely stay again here.

I had a fantastic experience at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton Bentonville. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Primarily because the staff here goes above and beyond. Sarah and Lexi were the two people who we interacted with the most and they treated us like friends. The shuttle service was so helpful, and probably saved us over $200 on Ubers throughout our weekend. Room service food quality was very good and we enjoyed the included breakfast buffet each morning (also saved us money). Absolutely would stay here again if we are back in NWA!! Thanks again to Sarah you're the best!

Rooms were awesomely clean and tidy. The fully size bottle of body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the shower attached to the shower walls was also pleasant! They are even really good quality products to use! The beds were unbelievably comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the entrance from the main road into the parking lot. The entrance is rather narrow, especially with another car there waiting to turn out.

Only downfall was the breakfasts like we had to pay to get it and 16 dollars for a person I really don’t like that honestly I couldn’t afford it bc we were on family vacation/thankgiving we already paid so much to stay there why pay more to eat breakfast really wrong and plus we didn’t have much options when it comes to eating breakfast. Idk if I want to come back to that same place bc I want to eat breakfast with my family. I really like the place but sad that we can’t have breakfast without paying the person to get it.

This hotel was waaaay better than we were expecting. As we were driving up, I was a little concerned due to the other lower quality hotels that surround it. That all changed as soon as we parked! The lot was bright and clean. The hotel was pretty and clean. The staff were very friendly! My partner loved the warm cookies at check-in. It was a little farther to downtown than I would've liked so we missed out on some exploring (it's 2.2mi and you have to cross a couple of very busy streets so walking wasn't much of an option). I also wished they had food available earlier in the morning, we had to leave by 4am, and they don't start serving breakfast until 7. Dinner here was pretty good. The bar was a little under stocked and pricey, but we made due, and the bar tender was friendly. They have ear buds in the gym if you forget yours, which was a great touch! If we come back to Bentonville, we'll probably stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I ended up starting my day of travel earlier than planned and they accommodated me with an earlier check in. Rooms were clean. It was quiet, but they were busy so all guests were respectful. If I ever pass through, I will for sure be staying again.

This is a new facility that is well presented, very clean, lovely staff and spacious rooms. About a 10 minute drive to the Walmart building I was driving to (if you're in Bentonville, in a hotel, you're probably going to a Walmart location haha), it had some food options and coffee right across the street. Will definitely be back there next time i'm in town.

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Very clean and well put together! The employees were great and made us feel at home!! The only issue was a slow drain and a noisy heater which I almost didn’t even want to mention. They were quick to notate it and tell the maintenance man to get it resolved for future guests. The cookies were the perfect way to arrive as well!!

Braden at the front desk was the most helpful for my elderly parents and their check in. Whomever the young lady was who walked them around and showed them where everything was was a delight as well. 10/10 recommend.

Ps: My parents also said that the breakfast was amazing.

Very nice, upscale hotel. Check-in was smooth and seamless, and desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. We were given fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, which were delicious, and bottled water at check-in. Suite was very spacious, and included a comfortable sitting room with TV and desk, and adjoining bedroom which had another TV. Bedside table included a clock and lamp with charging outlets. Bathroom was very spacious, and clean. Location is good, near many restaurants. 17 minutes from airport. Highly recommend First Watch (across the street) for breakfast, and Azul Tequila Mexican restaurant just down the street. Hotel has a restaurant onsite that serves breakfast, but we didn’t try it. Would stay here again.

The DT was a very nice hotel! The staff was so friendly and made you feel very welcomed and took great care of us! Even offering a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival! The room was luxurious and very clean! Breakfast was delicious! Great hotel, stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. Great location, easy access to all we wanted to do.

Overall great visit, but THERE IS NO LONGER A HOT TUB.

I say that in all caps, not that they advertise that there is, but pictures here on Google show one, and you will see from my pictures that it has been removed. This was a big downer for us, because we were in town for a get away to hike, and picked this location based solely on the hot tub we saw in Google pictures.

If the hot tub means nothing to you...this is a great spot. Very clean. Very elegant. Very nice staff. Loved the rooms, and everything seems very up to date. Pool and gym area are nice, and again, very clean.

Great place to stay! We had an issue with a credit card but they worked with us and were very patient. Very comfortable, and clean!
