Large, clean rooms. Good service. The breakfast had a lot of options. Unfortunately the pool was down but we were offered the option to swim down the street at their sister hotel.

It's a decent place to lay your head . Staff is friendly and let me tell you the shower is out of this world.

We had a wonderful stay. The room plenty big enough and we enjoyed that it was a suite even with just two of us! Very clean, polite staff, and a nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Cookies were good.

The turn off to get in is in the parking lot of something else, and there are some large potholes to watch out for. Staff was friendly. Our phone in the room only worked on speaker but was still usable. The pool stays open til midnight which was a big bonus for us! There was always people in the pool and hot tub, but not too crowded. Nice buffet in the morning with large variety of food.... fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, milk. Room and hotel was clean. Would stay again.

This stay was amazing! The concierge was so cool and fun to talk to. I loved the hot tub! Only complaint is that the shower curtain needs to be longer or bigger in general.

Room and beds were comfortable. Bit quieter location being tucked behind the other hotels and restaurants, just don't miss the turn! Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and attentive. Great place for a quick overnight while on the road.

We really liked this place. Staying here for 10 days was nice. The room service was excellent and the front desk was so helpful when our little one got sick and we needed new sheets in the middle of the night!

The breakfasts were hot and was a decent selection with a rotating breakfast so that we weren't having the same thing every morning. Having a hot breakfast was great to help with the budget of being away from home as well.

All-in-all, we would recommend this place. It has a gym, pool, and other amenities that make for a great additional value to their excellent room rates.

check in was fast and easy! Eric at the front desk was awesome! if we needed anything he was quick to make sure we got it! hotel was clean, smelled clean, room was clean and spacious! beds could be updated they were really firm... the indoor pool and hot tub were great! nice and clean.... the breakfast was AWESOME! lots to choose from... eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereals, biscuits n gravy, oatmeals, several types of bread, fruits, waffle makers, the apple n orange juice were yummy...overall a great stay! we will stay again next time we're in Rogers!

Comfy room, easy to separate from the main area (King Room) good breakfast and friendly staff.

Stephanie was amazing. Pool was nice. Our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Our bed was so comfortable that my husband and I didn’t want to get out of bed. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our first anniversary.

The staff here are absolutely amazing and friendly. I have seen them put up with a lot over our stay here and they have done extremely well. I enjoy chatting g with them. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the staff truly is my favorite part of this hotel.

Wow! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for a while. It smells good. The tub was clean, has a drain plug if you want a hot soak after a day on the road. Staff was friendly. Great , fantastic, eggs at the breakfast bar. All around a wonderful hotel. I travel far too much not to appreciate a gem like this. Microwave /refrigerator/coffee maker in the room if it's not listed on your app. They are having hotwater heaters replaced today but my hot shower last night was perfect. Adding this location to my list for my next pass through the area.

My room was nice, clean, it didn't smell musty or like cigarettes (many hotel rooms do even if they're "non-smoking." The hot tub was excellent, the pool looked fairly clean but I stayed in the hot tub. Everyone was so friendly, the employees and the guests! Check in/out was a breeze. Parking was a little crazy but what hotel has great parking?
It's a little hard to find as it's behind another hotel but the area feels safe and clean. My only issue is that my hair dryer didn't work but it wasn't a big enough deal for me to complain about (I'm sure they would've done something if I had). Breakfast was AWESOME. Would definitely stay here again if I had to travel to the area.

Had a great experience. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable with my disabled mom. Breakfast was good too.

I checked in on Tuesday 2/22/22 & checked out Friday morning. I had a wonderful stay. It was quite & relaxing. They have a good breakfast with plenty of good coffee. The pool is indoors but not heated so be prepared if its cold out but there is also a hot tub to warm up in. There is an onsite a gym. There are plenty of places to eat in the area close to the hotel as well. I enjoyed my stay and it still felt like a mini vacation away from home even If I was here for a work seminar. There are conference rooms available which the company utilized due to the snow instead of having to drive offsite. The rooms are very nice and clean.

We had couple issues with the room. I mentioned it to Ashton who spent 30 minutes problem solving our tv issue, running for replacement parts and got us going. He was very courteous and we appreciated his response. All the staff was welcoming and ready to help with anything. Room was very clean as well as the public areas. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean. Well lit. Our double queen room was big and roomy. Bathroom is big as well, with the sink/counter running the entire length of the wall opposite the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast.

Very nice hotel. The pool and spa were open, so was the fitness room. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfy. They had your typical hotel breakfast; hot waffles, cereal, bread n bagels, juice, sausage n scrambled eggs, etc. Got a good price online too so we'll definitely come back.
