Whataburger

Walked in and was greeted politely. I ordered my food and while I was getting my drink filled the worker came over and handed me my food. She then offered me some sauces that were neatly displayed on a tray.

I mean, what can ya say about another fast food burger joint. Let me try anyway. It was a decent burger, the fries were a little limp. The service was great. Friendly people and quick.

Great taste of home. Restaurant always clean abs staff are upbeat and what to do a good job. Good management is established with individuals willing to teach others to be proficient. Will always be my favorite burger joint in town.

The Sweet & Spicy burger was very good for a fast food place. The manager, I assume she was, is a very nice lady and patient with her customers. Service was fast and friendly. Not sure why this location has low'ish stars but I had no complaints whatsoever!

I placed a mobile order and the wait was super short. I loved how charming and kind Cole and Tiffany were! They definitely made my experience and I can’t wait to return! Food was fresh and delicious as always!

I came and placed a 2 meal order. The person who took my order Alex, handed me very obviously wet cups after a lousy attempt to wipe it with his hands.. when I asked for a different drink as mine was flat , I asked if he could wipe the cup this time and he argued on how he wiped it the first time as the liquid is literally still sliding down the cup. We asked for spicy ketchup and only got two.. Two ketchups for two meals is not enough. Not all help is good help. Hopefully he was just having an off day. The food was great as always, but great food doesn’t always mean a great experience..

I will have to say that when Whataburger 1st opened this location, it wasn't very good. Over time I have found that they have gotten much better. 9/10 for me

The burgers that we got were good. It's a little too much mustard for me and could use mayo on both sides. Otherwise, it was very good!

Really good breakfast. If you want something a little different for fast food breakfast this is the place to visit. Sometimes, they are a little slow at the drive thru we suggest using the app.

I visited the restaurant on 9/14/2023 after some disappointing news and was met by a great front of house worker named Naveah who had a smile on her face, all the while keeping up with the lobby and register by herself during lunch time. It might seem like it's no big deal, but it's wonderful seeing someone who works hard and wants to be great at what she does. She may never read this, but if she does, may she know what a bright light she is.

We do not have these where I'm at. I was surprised at how big the burger was. Excited they had spicy ketchup. Then came the freshness and flavor. Super friendly helpful staff that just kept giving us great suggestions

Get extra crispy fries and dip them in their gravy. Will not disappoint. This location always has better gravy than the Rogers location. Never had a bad experience here

First time at this location today. There was a friendly young man working drive-through and the front counter all by himself. (Around 4:30 ish) I guess they were short handed. He apologized for the wait and the whole time we were there he had a big smile on his face and very polite to everyone. I wish I would’ve paid more attention and caught his name. This young man deserves a raise! (Blue eyes and curly blonde/brownish hair) hopefully management will know who I’m talking about and acknowledge him. ❤

I had come into get a breakfast bowl and I loved the service, Mitchell is a great manger who was kind and helped me decide what I want. This was the best time I came here, other times I was greeted by Cole, a very lousy manger who seems to hate his job. He doesn’t care about the customers and just seems to only want the money.

I have worked and been there at Whataburger I love the managers there. We are short staffed I don't blame them for that, we are really busy and sometimes you only got 2 people, the best service I have Everytime I go there, there amazing people

Food was excellent, wait was a little long for 7:15pm but it was a popular place. The wait isn't usually that long. Clean and friendly staff

I got a jalapeño cheese whataburger, it was immaculate. Way better than Culver's, Burger King, McDonald's. None of them compare to be honest. The manager on duty Mitchell was exceptional, the store was packed inside and the cars almost wrapped around to the door, I was probably in the back 1/4 of people who came in that hour and that same manager who was trying to run the store ended up getting at the head and ran the store from that table they make the burgers at. I heard him nonstop communicating just absolutely taking over, I only waited 7 minutes despite being in the back half of people that dined in. Props to him for running the store how it seemed like it should have, I've been here multiple times and I could tell his presence being there made the line run smoother when they were completely packed.

Drive thru. Ordered breakfast combo. Food was hot. Type & number of condiments were correct. Food was hot not warm. Service time was reasonable. Staff was PROFESSIONAL,
POLITE & MANNERS (Good morning, Welcome to Whataburger, May I take your order. Repeated my order SLOWLY, Is that correct? Would you like to add any condiments, how many (BIG POINTS), Thank you for your order. PLEASE pull up to the window. That will be $.$$ How would you like to pay? Would you like a receipt? Gave me drinks & said 1 medium coke easy ice. Before giving me my order he looked into the bag & stated what was in the bag includingthe number of condiments. Then asked if that was correct. Handed me the bag and said Enjoy your Whataburger meal. Have a nice day & Come back soon. Personally, I'd rather have my order hot & correct than fast rude service. Their professionalism was great, Food was great and most of all their politeness & manners were kind & caring. We need more if that. To have my food hot was the icing on the cake. The asking for condiments was extra points, too. I will return. Thank you.

I came thru the drive-thru the other night and was given great service! The manager Cole even helped fix my order when I forgot to order it without tomatoes, and the service was incredibly friendly and fast. This is a reason the whataburger will always be one of my favorite fast-food options.

Talk about starting off right! My visit to Whataburger was absolutely excellent. Not only was my jalapeño burger meal cooked just right but because the shake machine had just gone down and I had ordered a shake, the manager with the extra mile. Noah not only gave me a free meal, but he also gave me an apple pie for my trouble. He said the next time I come by for a shake he suggests to ask for him, and could make a special off the menu shake for me. He was very professional and just really wanted to make sure that I enjoyed my meal and my night. That’s exactly the kind of service you want from a new fast food restaurant in your town. I was very impressed with Noah, speedy and friendly service of his restaurant, and his desire to go the extra mile to make sure that I left happy. I will definitely be back.

I had a really good experience dining in the two times I've been. I have yet to use the drive-thru, and it sounds like that may not be the way to go. I was checked on frequently when dining in, and food was great!
