They solved a mole problem we had in 2022 and a carpenter bee issue in 2023. I have sign up for their anual service plan and have been satisfied with the results. I included good value because any time I have paid for a service they they delivered the soultion needed.
In addition, I had a problem with some deck boards and joists and was concerned it might have been termites. They came inspected the deck,and told me that it was dry rot so an additional treatment was not needed. I feel like they are very honest.

While prices are comparable with others, their service is always prompt and comprehensive. They respond quickly and usually one call is all it takes to eliminate the problem.
They are also very honest; I have received many refunds after over paying them.

We are on a quarterly service plan where they spray inside and around the outside of the house. If I have any bugs that pop up, I just give them a call and they are there to treat the unexpected guest in a timely fashion without additional charge. Can't imagine my home without the service they provide.

We've been using West since we moved into our current house over two years ago. Their system works. We haven't had one pest inside the home. Our technician is David and he comes by every three months. He takes care of the inside and outside of the home and hits every room. He arrives when the West staff tells us he'll be here. We've never even considered looking elsewhere for home pest control.

I recommend asking for Erick he got on the phone and handle all the heavy lifting in our dealings. He was very responsive and when I told him I had an ant problem I needed handled asap he booked me for an appointment within 48 hours, was able to answer my questions and even gave me a line to contact directly to help me with any of my future troubles. I was extremely impressed. West is the best.

We just started using West Pest Control and they were awesome! We were using Rumble and they didn't seem to be able to take care of the issues outside.

I’ve used West Termite for 20+ years. They are always prompt and courteous. Blessedly I’ve never had a need for a termite treatment but I’m always assured by the technician that my home is clear of termites after their thorough inspection.

I have used Pest termite for several years, I believe over 14 years and have had no problems with insect and other pests in the area. They are very reliable always on time. Will call if there running late.

We have them for pest control and outdoor pest control. My dog had no fleas or ticks last year. We have no spiders or ants in the house. We did have a big problem with ants before we started service.
