Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville

I booked wrong room, front desk clerk took care of it and gave us a much nicer room at the same cost. Very clean, clean, clean. Just what You expect from a very nice hotel. Thanks

Very nice room. It has coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The AC worked great. It is a pretty little sofa and ottoman, but it didn’t sit comfortably for me. A taller person might be able to sit more comfortably on it. It has a table that rolls out from under the desk. The bed is comfortable, not too hard or soft. It is extremely high. I had to use the ottoman to get into bed. I am 5’4”. The exercise room looked very great. Staff was very friendly. It is pricey. I had the room next to the elevator, but I never heard it.

Great place friendly hotel staff for the most part. The Starbucks inside there I was not impressed with. Ask for heavy cream for my coffee which they did not have. Every Starbucks carries heavy cream unless they are out for some reason. Staff was not really friendly the boxed breakfast lacked a warm welcoming feel.

Recently renovated, staff were great and courteous. Spacious rooms and we were told we were welcome to bring bikes inside. Denise at the front desk was great and it was so nice to have a QR code to tip staff since I never have cash.

Very large and clean rooms. Very friendly front desk worker and checking in and out was very easy.

A nice location in NWA and we rented the banquet hall for a friends and family getogether. They were supportive and we had a good time there.

We chose this hotel because if it's a location to Crystal Bridges art museum in Bentonville. Wonderful helpful staff great clean room. The front desk asked us what floor would like to be on and helped us be away from three buses of basketball players that were also there. I enjoyed the consideration that the front desk had for us and it resulted in a fantastic night sleep.

One of the nicest stays away from home. I love this room. Not very many pleasant experiences with motels over last few years, this is a refreshing change!

Stayed here this weekend with a group for a basketball tournament. The hotel was undergoing renovations, however the staff was amazing! We received goody bags upon arrival, the manager helped our kids with their laundry & continually checked on us to make sure all was well. 5 star service hands down!

One of the best hotel I stayed in next to Disney world!

We stayed here one night for $180 (with tax). They offer tickets for breakfast and the above price included one ticket, although I'm sure you can just pay for breakfast. The breakfast was enjoyable and there were several good choices to choose from. Tickets include several choices of Starbucks coffee. They also offer other meals and alcohol. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. They have an outside lounging area, an indoor pool, and gym. Staff was extremely friendly. Very enjoyable stay.

Very clean. Comfortable beds but no waterproof mattress sheet which should be standard. Staff is amazing! Joe, the big guy who checked us in goes above and beyond. He has a great attitude and makes you smile every time you walk in. We’ll stay here again just because of him.

Update: I continue to book here about 5 more times since I first wrote this review. Still feel great about it. And Joe is still there!

The beds and linens and comfortable and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I came for a wedding that was very early in the morning, and the hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating of our need for early check in and late check out. They no longer have free breakfast, but they were kind enough to honor Priceline's promise and provided us with vouchers for breakfast from their Bistro. The rooms have lots of outlets and even USB ports on the desk. The mini-fridge is large and very spacious. There is also a microwave and coffee maker in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Adding a sauna and complimentary breakfast would make this place even better!

Really nice Marriott hotel in Bentonville AR. Bed was comfortable, as well were the pillows. Room was spotless. Love the new technology with the TV and smartphone integration.

Very clean. The bed is not comfy. The staff is super nice. The lobby is beautiful. We stayed because the reviews and the Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi isn't there. But it's clean.

Everyone at Courtyard was SO friendly and great. Huge shout out to Jeanie who was absolutely amazing and made our lives a lot easier after a long day of Thanksgiving travel and getting in after midnight. This staff knows how to treat their customers and I honestly can't say enough great things about them. It makes such a huge difference and is why we are a Marriott family for life. Thanks to everyone!

Location is easy to access, just off the highway. We got into our room and found something in the room was leaking water (AC unit or fridge). I went down to the front desk, they apologized, and promptly got us into a new room. Accomadtions were great; room was nice and clean.

Our suite was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast from The Bistro was excellent! We will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, amazing and accommodating staff. We partied in their lobby until 6 in the morning 2 days straight and bent over backwards for us. My memory is a bit fuzzy but Wendy or Mindy working the night shift treated us like family, Thank You!
