Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Old Man Jordan at Dairy Queen provided exceptional customer service during our visit. His warm and friendly demeanor made our experience truly delightful. Not only did he treat my family with kindness, but the food and blizzards were also absolutely amazing! We'll definitely be returning, thanks to Old Man Jordan's outstanding service!!

Went in for an ice cream on the first day of spring. The place was packed, and we even forgot to get a number for our order. Not long after being seated, a guy came up and asked what we ordered. We told him, and he immediately went to get it and brought it to us. A couple other people came by making sure people had everything they needed as well. That was great service, and they were really fast!

The GM was here tonight. He is incredible. Very polite to employees and customers. I loved the ice cream too! 10/10 Come try this place!

Clean and the service was great for fast food. However, they drenched our burgers in ketchup and whatnot. Great otherwise. We'll be coming back to the DQ

Tried that Java chip flavor for the first time. It's very very good. I will eat it for life now. Go ice cream!

It's been a while since I've been to a DQ, let alone eaten at one, but it was better than I remember. I got the $7 chicken strip meal deal with a Royal Ultimately Choco Brownie blizzard. Everything tasted great honestly. The staff were also very friendly.

When my friends tell me that DQ isn't as good as it used to be, I tell them that this location is better than you remember. Just like being a kid again.

The toppings and quality of the burgers were excellent, compared to other Dairy Queens, and the staff was friendly. I think I found the right Dairy Queen!

Due to food sensitivities/allergies; I have not eaten at DQ in over 10 yrs. I was very pleased with the quality of the food as well as they have a dairy free dilly bar. No reaction to anything I ate. Nice to add another place to my approved to eat at list.

If you're a fan of soft ice cream in a cone, DQ is the place to go. In the past month or so, I've stopped by here 3 times to get a large vanilla ice cream cone. All 3 times, I got a soft but firm and good tasting ice cream cone. The service folks were friendly and pleasant in serving up the ice cream. I'll continue to buy ice cream cones here when I'm the area.

They never seem busy when I go, but the food is always hot and exactly how I expect it. The ice cream is always delicious. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. The team is very friendly, and while I haven't been inside I bet it's very clean.

Great food, one of my favorite fries and ranch. we pulled through to a drive thru spot and only waited about 5 mins for food. I had my ice cream already too so I was pleased. 🍦🍟🧀👑

Steak finger basket is so good. Chicken is tender and moist with a crispy crust. Fries are hot and newly made. Staff is super nice. Desserts are yummy.

The Bentonville Dairy Queen has recently reopened after a fire. Had chicken strips. So tasty, moist and tender. The fries were freshly made. Love having a quality fast food restaurant near. The restaurant was spic & span clean and service was fast and friendly. PS the chicken strips were generous sized
