Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

This property is beautiful and well maintained. To a weary traveler, a hotel is a hotel, but this hotel is different because of the staff. Jazze is the kindest, hands down. I ordered a glass of grapefruit juice at breakfast, they were out. A few hours later I was sitting in the lobby working and she brought me a refreshing glass saying their delivery arrived! Later she asked if I’d mind if she vacuumed in an area adjacent to where I was sitting. Smiling the whole time she’s demonstrating what I consider white glove customer service. I quickly figured out this tone is set at the top. The GM Celine, searched and gave me batteries for my mouse when it died suddenly. She went out of her way! The bartender, Adrianna makes it feel like you are a regular at Cheers. Amazing team, awesome service, world class attitude! Give these ladies a raise!!’

Adrianna the bartender was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay rememberable. Great conversation and great drinks. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. I could not have asked for a better stay. 10/10 service!

Special shout out to Victoria on the front desk and Adriana in the bar. These two go beyond helpful. They solve issues quickly and efficiently.

During my stay here for training, the front desk associate Maria was amazing. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She and other staff at the front desk always wished me and other guests to have a good day each morning and always asked how was my stay. And did I need anything. The maids also did an awesome job, they were very kind. My room was cleaned and re-stocked each day. Love this location and area.

Wow this hotel was amazing. The staff and atmosphere were great. I loved the beds and bathrooms. Also the breakfast was PHENOMENAL!! Very clean environment. They have a pool, hot tub, and fitness center! My room had a mini fridge but didn’t have a microwave but that’s okay because it was in the area where this ice is at (pictured below).

All the front office and desk employees were super compassionate and kind during an unfortunate event. We appreciated their help. As far as the hotel, location is center to everything by car. Room was comfortable and clean.

Great hotel with large rooms. Quiet place and fairly clean rooms-about average for this day and time on cleanliness. Hallways smelled of onions and peppers (?) several times though for some reason. Which was odd because the on-site restaurant was closed. And we stayed on the 3rd floor anyway. It was almost like someone was cooking in their room. This is still a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Warm and welcoming front desk staff (my experience was morning). Breakfast server was super sweet. My room didn’t have DND for the door. To my surprise and delight housekeeping lady replenished coffee and took out the trash. No one does that anymore! I loved it…thanked and tipped her. My room is spacious and the bed/pillows are comfy.

I travel a lot and i really like this hotel. The service here is top notch. It is huge inside with plenty of casual lounge area. There is a bar and they serve a made to order breakfast.

Super friendly staff. Everyone was accommodating for our business meetings. Only negative was the lack of local craft/IPA beer at the bar. Clean rooms and good coffee.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of room in the lobby area. The front desk staff are very friendly and the best part may be the beds. I travel a lot and these were some of the best beds.

Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly and efficient. Lobby was very impressive with an additional outside seating area. Full service bar open until midnight. We didn't eat there but they have room service as well as sit-down dining. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and chairs. Ironing board, iron, safe, and hair dryer were all available if needed. Toiletries included a makeup remover wipe which I appreciated since I had forgotten mine. Classy body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Mini-frig and single cup coffee maker were useful additions as was the full length mirror. Our room had an adjoining room, so that would be useful for a family that needed extra space. This will be our go-to choice for return visits to the area.

Beautiful and very clean. The bar tender Lee was very nice and friendly and invented a new drink for me. Also the check-in lady was very nice and gave us good directions. The checkout lady in the morning was very nice and gave us directions to some beautiful places to see. The only issue was the breakfast was not very warm and worth the money.

This is one of the cleanest and well taken care Of Sheraton . The first thing we do when we arrive in our room is pull the bed from the wall to check for how well the room is being clean there was no dust behind the bed the entire room was immaculate. The pool was very nice and very big for a indoor pool. Fitness center was very well cared for and larger as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady named Alaina was our house keeper she was excellent took very good care of us and other family members that was there with us she did not know we was all together I asked my aunt how there room was she was a happy about the service as we were. I got the feeling that the people that worked there took a lot of pride in their Sheraton. Let me add I don’t know the name of the coffee they provide in the room and the lobby in the morning but it was very good . There was a art and crafts event going on while we were there even with that going on there was still a lot of parking for the guest staying there. The only thing we had trouble with was finding the entrance off the street. Keep you eye out for the red roof it is right next to the Sheraton they share the same entrance what makes it a little difficult is that there is so many things on that street. I hope this review help others.

The hotel manager and staff made what could have been a logistics nightmare so pleasant and easy. I don't think I have ever dealt with a friendlier staff. The hotel is nice and pleasant. The king room is roomy and clean. I will stay at this hotel my next visit. The staff was amazing!

My stay there was ok. However your front desk supervisor, Victoria, did an amazing job at my check in. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She made a curtisy call to my room after my check-in to make sure that my room was satisfactory. My expectations of this hotel was exceeded and all due to my interactions with Victoria. Kudos to her and I hope she is as appreciated within the hotel as I appreciated everything that she did for my family.
