Brian has handled my divorce and all of the continuing nonsense following my divorce. He has handled it with efficiency, aplomb, compassion, and was willing to stand up for me. He was always careful to explain the more intricate legal issues and took the time to talk to me even if it was just to give me peace of mind. I would highly recommend him! Plus, he's an animal lover which says a lot about character.

I have known Brian Burke for several years. I would trust him with any legal issue and have trusted him in the past with personal and professional issues. He's prompt, sharp, responsive and generally cares about his work and client. In short, he is the lawyer's lawyer. Hire him if you want it done right.

Great attorney. He knows what he’s doing and is very good at it. Even after the divorce, he is still very responsive to my questions. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Would NOT recommend using Brian Burke. Had him do my trust years ago and had it updated only once. Been calling and leaving messages for 8 months. He can’t even bother to call me back. I even went to his office using google and someone there told me he’s no longer at that building. Who on earth does business like that? I never write reviews but people need to know who NOT to use.

Brian Burke does not have the best interest of the client. I hired him years back and expected him to have my best interest at heart and trusted him to give me good legal advise. He failed to produce evidence in court that I had sent him at least 4xs and didn't have it in court so he made my stepdad go print off pictures I had sent him that didn't even make it in front of the judge. He told me that I needed to settle because of my situation and that I could come back when I had more stability. He led me to believe that I could come back when things had smoothed out and that was false. He also told me that we would get an attorney Ad Litem to represent my daughter and that never happened. He is the worst lawyer I've ever met which is saying a lot. Don't trust him or his advice.
