Waffle Hut

I love diners, and this is the epitome of a good one. Good food with plentiful portions, and good, quick service with a smile, While we were looking for a place to have breakfast, we found the menu offered a wide variety of options for lunch and dinner. So don't be fooled by the name. Also, we learned quickly that the rather plain exterior doesn't reflect how nice, clean, and welcoming it is inside. It was our first time eating here, and we definitely intend to go back sometime when we're in Rogers.

After a not so great beginning to my morning had to try out the Waffle Hut. Pleasantly surprised. Our waitress (Devin? ) did an awesome job. Took our order, delivered it quick and hot, sh was attentive and always smiling 😃

This is one of NW Arkansas hole in the walls. The kind of place you see on the movies where the customer comes in and say "my usual please" because they remember your order. Good home cook delicious.

-- Packed house Wednesday morning brunch with just the 5 counter seats available. Small, old fashioned dining room with cash register and exposed kitchen/griddle front-n-center made for constant bustling motion & noise one comes to expect from this sit-down restaurant.
-- Technically kid/elder friendly, but tight space and loud when busy. Friendly, hustling wait staff.
-- Two-sided menu offers typical diner breakfast favorites like bacon, eggs, waffles, buscuits-n-gravy, hashbrowns. Plus standard burgers & salads. Did not see shakes offered.
-- Most every dish cooked on one of two large griddles (pork, burgers, eggs, boxed Russet hash browns, pancakes, French toast). Waffles made in one of 2 independent waffle irons, and toast in toaster.
-- NO fresh fruit (just the sweetened strawberry and blueberry compotes for waffles). Fresh produce is iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and yellow onions. Perhaps some diced green bell peppers worked into omlets. Vegetables consist of green beans.
-- Cash ONLY. NO credit/debit cards accepted, though ATM is available at end of restaurant to pull cash.
>> End result: give 'er a go if looking for throw-back, greasy diner food/experience. Healthy, posh diners may want to keep looking.

Everything was great! First time here! The pancake was delicious. Had hashbrowns, bacon and eggs as well. Wonderful! And the service and coffee were great as well!

All cash at this location great cooks and wait staff never disappointed when we eat here !

Wonderful people! You feel like you're coming home everytime that you go there to eat breakfast lunch or dinner! Food is reasonably priced cooks are friendly!

Perfect classic diner experience. Fast service with tasty food. Nothing fancy, but just what I wanted for a hearty breakfast.

Quick service and delicious food. I had the waffle special. The waffle was light and fluffy with crispy edges.. exactly how I like it. My husband had the Razorback omelet. A classic diner experience. Be sure to bring cash as they do not accept debit or credit cards!

What a Great Place To Have Breakfast. My First Visit Was Awesome. I Had Cheese Omelette Hash Browns & Biscuits & Gravy. Hands Down One Of The Best Breakfast In My 60 Years On Earth! They are Open For Breakfast & Lunch Only.

Waffle Hut has been in business for 40+ years and now I know why. Excellent service and the most delicious breakfast/lunch in town. We go every Sunday and have the best and most affordable breakfast ever! We will continue our Sunday tradition moving forward! Thank you Waffle Hut!!!!

This place is a local treasure. The waffles here are amazing. The kids pancake they brought our son was in the shape of a bear, and he loved it. This place fills up quickly, so come early. Also, be prepared to pay in cash. We loved our experience here and we are looking forward to going back soon.

I visited the area for a week and ate at the Waffle Hut three times out of four. Quick and prompt service, friendly servers, and great breakfast. Food comes out quick and hot. I look forward to my next Waffle Hut breakfast.

Very tasty! We were just driving through the area after visiting the lake and stopped in for dinner. It was all really good the French toast was amazing my husband had a burger that he loved and my omelet was ok the veggies could have been cooked a little longer but seemed to be nice and fresh! The coffee was really good too!
