Zach Hurt came into my home and did an awesome job. He communicated very thoroughly what he was doing. He let me know about trouble areas and service was very quick. Good customer service!

All-around great service. Everything was clearly explained. The technician was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I already know about the effectiveness of their methods because my son uses them and they eliminated a horrible cockroach infestation quicly and effectively for him.

They give great service! Always give me plenty of notice when my next appointment is, when they are on the way and when they actually pull in the driveway! The technician is in and out quickly and quietly and always asks if we are having any issues. I have used Orkin for years and will continue to do so.

A young man, James Issac, came an did our annual termite inspection. Our experiences with Orkin over the last 30 years in the central AR area have not been good. This young man was very thorough and very polite. Gave this NWA office high credibility. Thanks.

12/8/23 Update: we might not have the same tech as we originally had for our first visit but Dusty is absolutely amazing and always there to answer questions. You can tell her really loves his job and his customers.

We had the best tech that was very nice and professional. He was happy to answer any questions we had. Would love to have him as our future tech.

This latest fellow is very pleasant and a conscientious, hard worker. We don't wear outside shoes in the house and he cheerfully puts on booties to preserve our hardwood floors. Ants did appear after one treatment, but, they all died off because of whatever he had applied. He listens to our concerns and remembers to double treat vulnerable areas of our domicile.

Worked swiftly, clean and efficient. Got the job done in record time and were friendly & polite.

There was some mix up about service and scheduling that led to a payment issue but Orkin easily resolved it and there tech that came to my house was very polite thorough. I recommend this business they are the best at what they do. Thanks again guys 😃

Every visit with our technician, Stephan, is extremely professional. He takes the time to discuss any needs we may have, and he provides us with feedback about treatments. We are grateful for the notifications that share reminders and arrival information. We are very pleased with the service received each and every time.

Kaden was our tech today and he was great! Explained everything he did and what would happen. Let me know he’d be back in 30 days and that if I have any problems in between I have his work number and can give him a call. I feel much better having had this service done. Highly recommend.
