This store is usually my first stop for car care products. It’s been a few months since my last visit. Dropped in today for an air filter. I’ve never seen so many staff in this store all at the same time. I was greeted. They looked up the correct filter for my vehicle to confirm my online store research. They walked over to the shelf and found the filter for me. They opened the box to let me visually confirm it was the correct filter. They promptly checked me out and had me on my way. Great customer service today as usual.

All I can say is WOW! The other day I came in and was helped by Allison. She is very knowledgeable and provided me with professional advice that helped me understand what was wrong with my truck. She seems to be on another level than most people. I have to say that now I know what’s wrong with my brake system. After installing a caliper that was stuck I have smooth brakes and better stopping power. What a difference!!! Thank you so much Allison!! You helped me so much I will remain a loyal customer. I find her so knowledgeable about vehicles it is very impressive (being that I am a guy who works on my own vehicles). I can’t thank you enough Allison. You made my day!!

Excellent and knowledgeable service except for one younger man who was sarcastic. I stood outside in the heat instead of re-entering the store with my husband because of him.

Lance was extremely helpful and gave great customer service when I stopped by due to my battery! As someone that's not very experienced with cars, I appreciated him taking his time (when they were busy too) to help me.

Staff helped my kids out and treated them like adult customers. Friendly. I've been in before for other things also, so I know they're knowledgeable too.

I spent 10 minutes here getting a new battery. Both gentlemen were very attentive when I walked in and made it such an easy, amazing experience. After I got my battery changed (since I have a newer car) the system needed to be reset before my car would run again. Jason and his associate plugged my car up to the machine and before I even had time to have a panic attack they had her running like new again. Thank you guys soooooo much for saving the day!!!!!

I had to stop and buy a new car battery this morning. Steve and his associate went above and beyond than what they typically do and help me. No words but thank you for such a friendly store! good job guys! what a great customer service!

One of my windshield wipers came off during our little bout of bad weather. Went in and the gentleman there(I should have gotten his name!)helped me pick out exactly what I needed and even put them on for me at no extra charge!!

In person they are great. Tried to talk to someone on there app, sucked tried for a hour couldn't get a answer . So i went to the store got helped and got what i needed in 10 min maybe less

I always love going to Autozone-Bentonville as all the guys I dealt with are simply amazing guys. Just a few minutes ago, I bought a brake light and the attendant (Jose A.) was very helpful. I called first to confirm if the auto part that I need is available. He confirmed that it is indeed. I asked further if he will be able to install it for me. He said that if it is not complicated to install, then he will do it. I visited the store after our phone conversation, and fortunate enough, it was Jose who helped me. And yes, he went the extra distance of installing the brake lights for me. Salute to the excellent service, Jose! I am glad there are still people like you. You simply rocked!

I always end up buying something when I'm here. Brought in old car parts for recycle and they were able to take them off my hands. They even gave me $10 in store credit for an old scooter battery. They seem pretty knowledgeable and have some good suggestion when you need them. Most of the time if they don't know how to help they will help you find someone that can. Great store, clean, and friendly staff.

Came in yesterday to get new windshield wipers. Didn't know what kind I needed. Saul L. helped me find the right products I needed and even installed them on my vehicle without me even asking. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back.

This place is a clean, clean environment. After working on whatever I've been getting dirty with, I feel like I'm going to dirty the place up when I walk in there. 👍👍 The employees are quick to engage customers and help them out. Every employee I've dealt with is always friendly and polite.

We already looked up the bulb we needed on Google and AutoZone came up. The site let us know if a couple of options, I e being to pick up immediately. We showed the attendant what we were looking for on the phone and they were able to take us right to it. Quick and easy. Now we just have install it.

Just became a Autozone customer for life! Jerry went above and beyond to help us with some blown fuses. Just a small task but I really felt like his priority while we were there. He was so friendly and helpful and turned a headache into a happy experience. Would give more stars if possible.
