We didn't catch her name, but Savannah or Hannah was amazing! Super friendly patient and willing to help! Also, our order came through correctly, which is always a good thing; I would recommend and go back based on her customer service.

The foods usually good here so no “beef” there, but wanted to shout out to the team lead there named Christian. I had accidentally ordered and planned to dine-in as well, at what I had thought to be the correct location.After 20 mins of waiting, after receiving the text saying “our food was on its way out”, I realized it wasn’t.

So I went to the counter and after waiting another 5-10 mins, was approached by the young kind gentleman, working on other things. Christian had pointed out that it had been ordered at a different location (don’t drive and order) and there was no way to transfer the order at the current location in Bentonville. Instead he looked at my order, memorized it all and then had my order and drinks all out within minutes.

Christian’s ability to multitask efficiently and with care is what impressed us the most about the current team leader. Keep up the good work Christian, we’re sure that you’re going to do great things wherever you go! Also, great job to the leadership team, training the others there as well.

We hit the jackpot for an early dinner. No line! Friendly staff! Quick drive-thru! Their grilled market salad was amazing as usual. The chocolate brownie was delicious. The perfect ending to a glorious autumn day. Thanks as always, CFA!

Their temp hours are 7a to 9p and they aren't doing any dine-in, but you can carryout or do drivethru. This place is closest to the Walmart home office on Walton and they are crazy packed during lunch, so I don't even try. For breakfast, you can wait 20+ min in the drive thru. My favorite is the chicken burrito - yum! The salsa is pretty good too without being extra spicy.

Blessed is the atmosphere. I like how they have a full door to serve people, not just a window.

This location is almost always packed but they do a really good job of keeping customers moving through the line effectively and efficiently. The employees are always kind and attentive and the location is very convenient to most things in town.

The only issue I’ve repeatedly had with this location was with pickles.
4 times I have asked for a side of pickles not eat with my nuggets, the first time I received a soup cup size of pickles, second time received no pickles, third time received a tiny cup with 2 pickles in it, fourth time I asked for at least 8 pickles and received zero.

Let’s work on the pickle situation please

My 5-year-old loves the indoor play area they have. I go in and give her a little food every once in awhile while she's playing. Very efficient staff great food I get the spicy chicken sandwich. We forego the toy and get ice cream with the kids meal. Very happy experience.

I never have anything negative to say about any Chick-fil-A locations. The service is always wonderful, and the food is the best. You can't get better fast food chicken than this. The nuggets are my favorite, and the waffle fries are the only fries I will eat without condiments.

I really enjoy their food but the line is always so long it takes forever to even get in their parking lot sometimes other than that great food

The indoor playground is definitely the best place safe zone in the NWA franchise.

The team here is always extremely friendly, and polite. The food comes out, hot and fresh all the time and the parking lot is extremely clean. Speaking of the parking lot… I wish they would purchase a little more land surrounding this building, because lunchtime is a little ridiculous with cars that are backed up all the way onto Walton Boulevard. That just shows how good this place is.

To the guy that ran out onto Walton to bring us the brownie they forgot to pack in our bag, he deserves employee of the year :D

Those kids say please and thank you and are so polite.. I've got a few goals over the next five years but one would be to have my daughter get a job somewhere that instills in them the decency to be polite to everybody you come across like Chickfila does.
