Went over to get two 5s, and a roll of quarters and the girl at the window (Sally) looked at us like she had no idea what we were asking for. After telling her TWICE, she took 5 minutes trying to figure out the process. THEN Sally gave us the check slip to verify the amount we were withdrawing, and she looked at us suspiciously. After another 5-7 minutes of waiting, Sally walked back over and asked if she could help us with something??? Her manager (I think??) then explained that Sally was new and it would just be a few more minutes for what we asked for! Why???? She had just gotten done helping two other customers at two different lanes-- it shouldn't have been an issue for her! We shouldn't be late for appointments because managers can't train their employees properly! Don't train on OUR time. No one cares about customer service at this bank!

My granddaughter was at your bank today and she was charged to cash a payroll check drawn on your bank. I would like to know when banks started charging to cash checks that are drawn on them?

Slowest branch EVER! They don’t even have a lobby so the driver-thru service should be top notch!
P.S. I had time to leave this review while waiting in drive thru after sending my paperwork for a simple deposit.
P.P.S. Go to the branch across from NWACC, they ROCK!

I have had such poor experiences with customer service here, today they charged my account a service fee for not meeting the minimum balance, I opened my account a couple years ago and never remember them telling me there would be fees for this, nonetheless they refused to refund me for the fee even though this was the first time this has ever happens and I had absolutely no idea about the minimum balance required. I have never been to a bank that has been so unwilling to help and serve their customers.

Arvest has been the worst banking experience I have had. I switched banks this year cause we were being overcharged at the last bank we had. Now I wish we would have stayed just for the fact of customer service was much better at our last bank. We will definitely be switching soon. Dont let the hometown banking rope you in Arvest has terrible customer service.

This bank charges you $5 to cash a check if you don’t have an account with them. Such a rip off.

Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break here depositing 200 dollars in cash I called the lady and she said they are working as fast as possible and it will be just a moment like I was annoying her... this experience alone makes me want to switch banks
