Sam's Club

This was my first time here and I am only rating on customer service and curb appeal. I stopped by quickly to return an item. They had 3 employees working customer service and although there was a line the wait was short. The male employee who helped me was friendly and helpful. He also told me they do price adjustments if an item goes on sale and gave me a refund for that too. The outside of this Sam's Club was nice, clean, and well kept compared to the 2 I usually shop at. I'll be back when I am in the area!

Another Sam’s club in NWA. Somehow I feel that this location is the best in this region! I found the best selections are always here as compared to other locations in NWA. If you love the cheap warehouse shopping experience, you have to visit Sam’s club. I mostly love their food section, where you get fresh salad, or sushi, or other food stuff.

I’ve purchased 5 Samsung televisions for work, 8 Dell computers, and countless monthly runs for office supplies. I love that I can purchase my items online, use the pickup, or simply scan everything on my phone as I shop. The Scan & Go is a great idea and a time saver. I love the samples from time to time, but I especially enjoy rounding each corner to see what new bulk deal they have waiting. They have a fantastic wine selection and a free coffee station! The Club Pickup is where it’s at folks!

One of the best Sam’s I’ve ever been to but why be shocked given where we are. The fresh foods, meats, bakery, sushi, and boxed food are stocked and a wide variety. They even have a big garden section outside. Parking is easy. It’s easy to get in and out of.

Best Sam's Club in the chain, I tell you, which is appropriate since this is in the heart of Walmart country. Great selection, the usual low low low Sam's Club prices, and a very high end finish out punctuate the wonderful experience provided by this Sam's Club. It's so nice, you'll forget you're in a members-only warehouse club you've grown to love and, instead, in a high end grocery store.

Love the members mark take and bake pizza. Bakery s too good . Love the stalls inside store. Membership is worth the price.The cookie was made by Jill Thank you so much for the story u told us while making the cookie . U r awesome

Still the best warehouse stores. They keep it simple and though it really caters to small business, its fine for the regular consumer. Plus who can go wrong with a lunch under $3. This location is always very busy so expect crowds. Use the Mobil app to pay and it will save you tons of time

Overall the usual great shopping experience. I shopped the ready to bake foods, and the selection was excellent and checking the dates, all the food was prepared that day. I especially love the chicken alfredo. I also grabbed a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. I did try to use the scan QR Code function at the jewelry counter, but no one showed up. But there were several folks standing right there that helped me anyway. The store was packed with people but all the registers were staffed and I did not have to wait even 15 seconds to start checking out. All the Christmas stuff is out and the selection this year is a nice variety of styles and prices for all budgets. I just love our Bentonville Club. UPDATED 11/26/23. Today was my first time to literally ever return an item to Sam's. It was an easy process, except due to the size, I had to find an associate to help me unload and bring the return into the club, so it added additional time. After they brought it in, Member services processed the return very fast and without incident. I am very happy with this part of being a Sam's member.

I love Sam's Club But have had the hardest time with the Scan & Go. It is very handy and makes checking out easier. It is probably operator error, but it frustrated me so much after I had already scanned 15 items, then it disappeared on my phone and no-one could find it so I scanned all over again. As far as everything else goes I love the store, employees and proces for sure!

I like the prices at Sam’s. And there was a moment when I sent an email to KINDERS to tell them that it’ll be good for them to make a blend of garlic, jalapeño and black pepper. And now, it looks like they are actually doing what I suggested. And I’m glad that their new flavor is currently available to buy in bulk at Sam’s.

Best deals on food in Arkansas! Really surprised and delighted to see kraut for my hot dog.

Mid-afternoon visit. Clean club. Plenty of people. Grabbed a that was on my list. Rung myself out.

When over to OPTICAL where a friend was picking out a new frame. They made a choice went to pay for the frame. The sales associate compared the width of the frame and wisely pointed out that the frame was 10 mm wider than what they were currently wearing. Brittany wisely helped them make an exceptional choice. Props to her!

Busy... but organized. I was in and out! No browsing for me today!!

Obviously great selection of items along with the seasonal items they offer. Would be best to use their mobile app "scan and go" to bypass the sometimes long lines. The app also makes it easier to pump gas.

I stopped for gas tonight at Sam's after a long day and was headed home from a work trip, having a 2 hour drive ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised with the attendant at the gas station, what a gentleman. Carlos walked up as I was getting out for gas and said I'll take care of this for you it's too cold. Carlos, thank you this was such a kind and unexpected gesture on this long day. You're amazing.
