Our family loves SALT! Dr. Herbst and the nurses are the best! They listen to what is happening to your body in order to come up with a plan of healing for your body. She addresses the root issues and not just the symptoms. Also, I have to give a big thank you to Madeline!! She is a new trainer there and has helped strengthen my shoulders and kept me playing tennis!! Always a full body work out and never boring!! I highly recommend her!!

I went to SALT for digestive problems. Tim Steen R.D. Worked closely with me thru the process and explained in detail what was going on inside me. Once the test were back he supplied me with supplements to heal my problems. I enjoy the fact that we are using supplements and not drugs to cure my gut. Everything has gone exactly like he said and the only side effect was that I have lost 10 pounds by simply improving my gut health. Thank you Tim and SALT Health.

First, they did a comprehensive assessment of my health and fitness. They looked at my diet, training routine, and sleep habits. They also did a full blood workup. They developed a personalized plan based on their assessment to help me improve my overall health and cycling performance.

SALT Health helped me to improve my diet by giving me specific recommendations on what to eat and drink before, during, and after my workouts. They also helped me to develop a more effective training routine. They showed me how to listen to my body and avoid overtraining.

In addition to helping me with my diet and training, SALT Health also helped me to improve my sleep. They taught me about the importance of sleep for recovery and performance. They also gave me tips on how to create a good sleep routine.

As a result of working with SALT Health, I'm a better cyclist than ever. I have more energy, I'm able to recover faster from my workouts, and I'm performing at a higher level.

I'm incredibly grateful for the fact that SALT Health actually goes through my health records with me and details out a health plan. This has helped me understand my health better and make informed decisions about improving it.

SALT has truly been life-changing for me! With only 5 months of membership, I cannot recommend it enough.

The overall experience has been nothing like our typical healthcare environment. It’s like a dream come true. Super-attentive staff, feeling like they know me and care about me, never feeling rushed by doctors in the examination room, top-notch nurses who do not appear to be stressed like I’m used to seeing in other facilities, and very prompt and thorough communication via their member portal.

An acceptable price tag for health is hard to wager, but I know plenty of people who manage a monthly car payment that is far more than the investment is in SALT. Seriously, is there a price tag on one’s health?

First, I found out my gut health has been shockingly unhealthy. I’m still working with Tim, the dietitian, to get it healed. I’ve been following his recommended protocol for 3 months now and I’ve felt/seen significant improvements.

My hormones are no longer a factor they had been for 5+ years! I’m sleeping better, no hot flashes, no mood swings. I feel clear-headed—like I felt 10 years ago!

The facilities are great and the faculty are all very intelligent, hardworking, and caring people. Because of their effort (working as a team) to achieve greatness, everything just keeps getting better. The organization operates as smooth as a Singer sewing machine. They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue.
Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in-house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.

Highly recommended. It’s refreshing to find a place that is willing to think outside of the box. Their approach to functional medicine in lieu of simply treating symptoms is how the medical system SHOULD work. It’s a shame this paradigm isn’t more widely applied. The gym/spa they offer is a big bonus in my opinion. The gym is rarely busy and the spa is really nice. Thank you Salt Health!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Completely integrated state-of-the-art facility focused on holistic health care via traditional MD care, functional medicine, in-house labs, wonderful gym with knowledgeable personal trainers, healing massage therapist, spa with both steam and infrared saunas, an amazing dietician, health and life coaching, and regularly scheduled activities - hiking, biking, healing thru art, etc - to benefit emotional and social health for members. A truly innovative and remarkable place focused on health span as well as life span. Highly recommend! At least call and sign up for a free tour. You’ll love it.

There really aren't enough words to describe what an amazing place SALT Health is. Dr. Herbst and her staff really can help any issue you have. I feel like combined my family has brought quite a bit to their doors. The entire staff is a dream to work with. If you have an issue that no doctor has been able to solve, bring it here, they will help you. They offer a personalized DNA test that will be able to tell you what your underlying issues are and how to either prevent them or solve them, which is LIFE CHANGING. Not only is their health facility 5stars, but it also provides a gym, sauna, steam room, massages, and more. You get access to the medical team via messaging which is quick. When my son broke his arm and was in the ER I sent a message in the middle of the night and had a reply before surgery answering my question. They do their very best to really make you feel like you are part of a family not just coming to a doctor. I could just go on. This is a one of a kind experience that is unparalleled.

We had a great experience going to Salt Health. The facility is super clean and modern with nice amenities. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Best part was having ease of access to ask the Doctor and staff questions at anytime through the portal. I have been a member of Salt Health for the last 4 months. I had no idea how much it was helping me until I had to go a few weeks without going. The 'Circuit', with a specialized infrared sauna, steam, and the cold plunge has been a game changer for me! I feel so much stronger, clearer, revived and refreshed!!
I am so grateful for Salt-Health. I had been in pain (amongst many other symptom's) for 4 years. My family doctor (among many others'), were unable to figure out why. My husband and I both joined Salt Health recently. We are in our late 50’s, in good health, but want to maintain health and wholeness in our bodies as we continue to age. We drive 2 1/2 hours one way for our visits, but love that we can continue our healthcare online and through calls with the excellent staff and the amazing Dr. Herbst! Fantastic facility! We were visiting Bentonville for a couple of days and took my wife here for her birthday. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the gym had excellent equipment, and the faculty was modern and extremely clean. Will definitely come back on our next visit!

The Salt team is extraordinary! While I am blessed with excellent health, I was often tired and lacked the energy to get much done.
