Had a great first experience here. Sold some items and got a great payout for them. Also SUPER great deals on the items. They had a 10 for $10
Special on onesies!! Items seemed in good condition. Staff was a mix of pretty nice and seemed new to working a job to extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely going back to get a Halloween 🎃 costume for my sweet baby 👶🏻! And some outfits for both boys for our upcoming family photos!
PS—if it’s your first time selling here’s some tips:
-bring your id and you’ll also need your phone
-go during a non-peak time
-make sure your items are clean/laundered/good condition
-and then browse patiently while they sort your items or go run some errands nearby 😃

Great place for baby and kids clothes, costumes, shoes, etc. They also have baby cribs, strollers, toys, etc. So many brand name clothes for great prices. Never paying retail again! Great and friendly staff too. There are dressing rooms so you don't have to guess about the way things fit.

I love this store!! I been buying my sons whole wardrobes for years now from here. The prices are great, the condition of there clothes are great, and when I bring in clothes to sell they give fair prices. I will continue to shop at this store for years to co.e

This new and gently used children's boutique is filled with quality merchandise for sale at reasonable prices. I have purchased several items here in the last 3 months and am very pleased with all. The staff is friendly and helpful. The merchandise is well organized and displayed. All are in excellent condition. I definitely recommend shopping there if you need newborn to primary children's items.

I've always enjoyed shopping here for gently used children's items. I sold clothes to the store for the first time. Overall it was an easy, good experience. They rejected a lot of my items, but they have really high standards. What they accepted was enough to trade for a princess bike. Win win!

This place is awesome for kids clothes, toys and all of the small things you need with an infant or toddler such as baby gates, strollers, playpens, etc. May be a little more pricey than most thrift stores but everything is pretty much always in excellent condition.
They also give points for purchases that add up to 15% off of an entire purchase. I spend a few bucks here and there but when I have 15% off, I try to wait until I can spend more because it applies to your entire purchase, not just one item.
I have also sold a lot of the clothes that I had previously bought there right back to them after the kids grow out of them. It's a bit like renting your child's clothes. 😉 They offer decent prices on when they buy from you. Just be sure that they are clean and not wrinkled or they will most likely reject them.
The new location is much nicer. The staff is always friendly. If you have children, you should definitely visit this store.

I recently reviewed this place and left 1 star. The manager, Chesley Martin, reached out to me right after the incident, apologized, and assured me my experience would get better. It did!!! I'm so thankful that he took the time out to call me, and I appreciate his professionalism. Now, I am BACK to enjoying the extremely low prices, trendy clothes, affordable toys, and MANY options this place has to offer. I truly love it here, and I plan to support this business as much as I can! This is, and always will be, my FIRST stop when shopping for my children! Keep up the great work Mr. Martin and staff!

If I had read all the reviews before I went I might not have went......BUTTTT. I decided to go there after I shopped all over town for my granddaughter an Easter Dress and couldn't find anything close to what I was wanting ....THEN I CAME TO ONCE UPON A CHILD...I WAS AMAZED......I got two dress and a little fur cape for $18. The one sleeper I pictured below was on ebay for 52.00 and from retail for 57.99. I got it here for $8.50. Great service, low prices, huge selection, very clean, manager and staff were very nice and I even ask for help finding something and they helped. I will never shop for my grandkids ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ONCE UPON A CHILD from now on. Goes to show that reviews are good but not always the best way to judge....GO SEE FOR YOURSELF.

Every season I go through my children’s closets and take out what they’ve grown out of. I’ll take a couple of boxes to once upon a child - they usually keep about 1/3 of it. They pay pretty low costs for all of it because they have to make a profit, but for me it’s worth it because I save a lot of time vs trying to sell them and I can then turn around and buy things that my kiddos need for the next season for low costs with the money/trade in. You also save tax when you purchase after trading in. Be sure to join the new moms club if you have a child under 18 months as there are freebies each month. Also note they take toys and shoes as well. If you join the Facebook group or texts they will send you a note when they have upcoming sales, which is a great time to stock up on things you’ll need soon.

My son is 11 years old and 5’3” and growing like a weed! He outgrows his clothes so fast it only makes sence to take him shopping here! They have an awesome selection of name brand apparel and shoes! Michael Jordan shoes chacos sandles and so much more at a great price!

This place has a ton of kids clothes for a great price. If you have extra clothes that you want to get rid of they will pay you cash for them. I highly recommend anyone not wanting to pay full price for clothes these days to stop by here and check out their huge selection. The people working here are friendly and very informative and are willing to help you find anything that you need.

Great selection and organized very professional! One of the nicest children stores I have been too. The prices seek to be very fair and they also have a rewards system!

They are very helpful at this location! I bought a baby jogger that looked brand-new from them all but the tire was flat which I figured I could air about home. However once I got home I realized that the tire was not going to work. The manager allowed me to return it and was extremely helpful

Huge selection of every aged kid's clothing. Shirts, pants, pajamas, shorts, shoes, hats. Then, everything else you need for the kiddos: booster seats, high chairs, activity centers, toys, puzzles, action figures, and more. The prices on many items, especially on clothing, are great and are lower than what we pay at places like Old Navy when their clothes are on sale. Some seem overpriced, but not often. The clothes are also clean and not tattered. We've been happy with the two large purchases we've made from there.

They have amazing selection at very reasonable prices and they offer cash or store credit for your gently used baby stuff! I was surprised at the as mount I was offered for my items!! Very reasonable! I highly recommend this place for baby clothes and smaller furniture.

First time there. The staff was very friendly and there's a lot of baby things to pick from. They will even give you money for your old baby stuff ( in good condition). Price's are very reasonable.
