Super helpful staff. Was able to reserve a unit a few weeks in advance. She had all the paperwork ready and waiting for us on move-in day. Zero problems with the gate code or anything while we were there. Simple and seamless move-out. Highly recommend Arkansas Self Storage.

First storage facility I am actually sad to move out from after a four year stay. It’s so convenient and actually the best storage company I have ever found! I was loading my final load and realized I had over hydrated myself but then I remembered that they have an on-site ultra clean restroom! So I did not have to leave the storage facility to go drive some place to use a restroom. It saved me my productivity!

I have always felt so safe whenever I make trips over to store a couple items or pull something out even at night. It’s open until 10:00 pm. It’s very secure, a high secure fence, excellent lighting everywhere around the entire facility. The departure gate is on a low traffic side gate. The gate code and gate never malfunctioned (like at some storage facilities in Bella Vista.) The entire facility is always spotless -Ultra clean, lots of lights inside that are highly sensitive to movement so did not blink off while I was moving a box while organizing in my unit, I never saw one bug or anything else in the hallway or in my unit.

They also have the most amazing office leasing agents that made it such a simple move in process. They are very professional, detail oriented, they explain all the move in process and how to pay your bill and offer great suggestions when moving. The pricing is much more reasonable than most storage places in Northwest Arkansas and the prices never skyrocketed like other places in this area.

I would highly recommend Arkansas Self Storage to any of my coworkers friends or family members and already have!

My unit was 100% clean when I rented it. The buildings are also kept clean. My air conditioned unit is kept at a nice cool temperature year round for storing temperature sensitive items. They have carts for you to use to move items to & from my unit. Very happy with unit & company.

The team at Lowell location are highly service oriented, prompt and responsive. I stored household goods for 3.5 years...my unit was very clean, and the grounds are well maintained. I highly recommend Arkansas Self Storage/Lowell as a great place to store for a short or longer time period.

I've rented a storage space here for a few years. Everything is always clean and well taken care of. We recently had to upgrade our space to a larger size. The rates were reasonable and the manager was very helpful.
