Dr. Kania is an amazing surgeon and person! She is a very caring, extensively trained and very detailed surgeon! She is not only a great surgeon, but a great person. She explains things very well, and listens intently to answer any and all your questions and make sure you understand. I just finished my reconstruction, and while I chose implants over DIEP, my experience was great and I am soooo pleased with my results. She listened to my concerns and gave mea very esthetically pleasing result. The entire team at Taylor Plastic Surgery is phenomenal. They’re all caring and sweet.

i had such an amazing experience! Payton is absolutely amazing at what she does! i feel and look amazing! she was also wonderful at helping calm my nerves as this was my first time getting anything done. she helped relax and reassure me and the results were absolutely gorgeous! Dr. Kania performed my diep flap breast reconstruction, and I cannot overstate what a fantastic physician she is. She is the only physican in our area who performs this gold-standard breast reconstruction, and is highly qualified and extensively trained. In addition to her skill as a surgeon, Dr. Kania is very caring, very detail oriented, explains everything very well, really listens and really wants the very best for her patients. I now have breasts where scars, adhesions and concavity once were. They are my tissue, and do not include implants which were not a good match for my irradiated chest. My reconstruction was delayed, and I initially consulted with Dr. Taylor who was also very kind and encouraging while I pursued diep flap reconstruction in the region/waited for a diep-trained physician to come to our area. The doctors are fantastic, nursing is fantastic, reception and support staff are fantastic. To close, my experience with Dr. Kania has been amazing!!! My result is excellent, and I am so grateful she is here and that diep reconstruction is now an option in northwest Arkansas.

Dr.Taylor walked into my hospital room and literally saved my life.. it may seem that I’m being a bit dramatic but in my world, he saved me! He’s so friendly and listens. I absolutely love Taylor Plastic Surgery. I have had a facial treatment and skin care consultation with Payton. She prepped my face with a facial to start our skin care regimen. I left the office very refreshed. I have been using ZO products for 6 weeks now and can see a drastic improvement to my facial texture, pores and pigment. Incredible! She gave me a personalized treatment plan and took great care to ensure they were the right products for me. I have also had Botox with both Bailey and Alex. They were attentive to detail, listened to my concerns, and suggested a conservative treatment plan that gave me a very natural and softened look. I call it the "she looks refreshed" look. Disclaimer: I work here but I trust these ladies with my face and, as a plastic surgeon, that should tell you everything! 10/10 recommend
