It's been a tough day, and the caring attitude from every member of this staff that in any way crossed by path today, makes it a little easier. Best vet in NWA area! After trying a couple of more expensive “higher end” animal hospitals in the area I felt I was being over charged for the quality of service and decided to try this place (I was recommended by my mom who comes here). Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Everyone was so kind and caring. Even the receptionist was so sincere, caring, and sweet when it comes to the animals. The doctor/ assistant were absolutely amazing as well! Very informative and made the experience so fun and comfortable for my puppy. It’s worth every penny to bring your animal here, yet way more reasonably priced than the majority of animal clinics around. Great job!

Absolutely love this clinic! The staff is caring, attentive, and thorough. They are always gentle when handling my cats and always listen to and address my concerns. I felt like a bad pet parent for being behind on vaccinations and they simply assured me they'd help me stay up to date. I didn't feel judged at all! If you are looking for veterinary care, look no further...you won't find a better place than the Animal Clinic of Rogers!

Where do I begin??? I have been going to Animal Clinic of Rogers for 15 years? Or longer? Exceptional service!? Friendly!? All the bells and whistles you want when caring for your family pet! If only people doctors provided the same service and care! I think this is my first review for them, I just never remember to leave reviews, but Katie/Katy (spelling?), is wonderful! I am not a people person, it takes a lot for me to 'connect', but Katie? She is so genuine, and cares for your pet as much as you do. Customer service beyond the stars. In my 15 year history with this vet, I have never had a problem with any of the staff or issues with charges or services. I want to add, I use to go to a 'large' vet establishment, with the big advertising, and I switched to Animal Clinic after 'word of mouth', they were overpriced, overly busy, and staff and people were just rude! Period! I will continue to give my business to Animal Clinic as long as I own a dog, and they will be till my last breath! Thank you!!!

Animal Clinic of Rogers is the absolute best place to go! My dog used to hate going to the vet, but once we started going here, he doesn’t mind it. They love their patients and truly take care of them. You can tell they all have a passion for the animals and aren’t just there for the paycheck. I absolutely love taking my dog here!

They are amazing, I actually could not believe anyone could say anything negative about them. All the staff is so professional and kind. I have two large guardian dogs that live on a farm and are not always clean and smell nice or well groomed like house dogs. But the staff don't hold back their love and affection and they treat both my Great Pyrenees just as special as any other dogs. They go out of their way to treat you kind and respectful. The vet always lets you ask all your questions and don't try to rush you out the door like some other vets have done in the past.

I love Animal Clinic of Rogers. The vet techs are super friendly and helpful, and the vet is wonderful. They don’t make me feel rushed, answer all my questions, and love on my fur baby! Prices seem reasonable, and they let me know the cost of everything! And it’s nice not to be surprised at checkout!

We have been taken our fur babies for 15 years now and since the beginning they have always shown such a warm and loving services. Dr. Richardson cares for the animals that she sees and is so gentle with them! We love being a patient here!

I have taken all of my pets here for the past 20 years. It is great to know that the fur babies are taken care of as if they were at home. I wouldn't go anywhere else, my son tried another vet and was so sorry for doing it. For loving care of your pet bring them here and you won't be disappointed.

We have taken our pets to Animal Clinic of Rogers since we moved here in 2005. Dr Michelle has given our pets the best care possible. She has a sincere love for pets and it is obvious she chose the perfect career for herself. Her staff is warm and friendly and we always feel right at home.

Love this clinic! The tech’s are great and make me and my dog, Hank, so comfortable! They’re very informative and always let me know of ways to help me take care and keep my boy happy and healthy. I can’t recommend them enough!

The best vet in town. We have been with this vet about 4 years. they make you feel like family. my dog Gracie died last year. Gracie was very sick I was not ready to let go of her and dr. Richardson understood that she put her on medication that helped her and gave me another year with her. I could call anytime and ask questions about Gracie and they would answer it Gracie was seen there almost monthly before she passed away.Now we have another dog name Molly and the staff and dr love her they take care of your fur babies like it was theirs.The Staff is very friendly and the doctor Richardson takes her time answers all questions.

I've been taking all my fur kids here for about 7 years. (Sometimes a random friend or family members dog!) They have always treated us very well. I recommend them to everyone I can! I really wish they had a reptile specialist. Then I could take all my kids (except for the human one) here.

Been going over for 2 years, never had issues with scheduling, billing, waiting, or pushing of unneeded services. Dr Richardson and her staff have always make us feel taken care of and they are always excited & loving when they see my dog, Ava!

Dr Richardson and staff are always so helpful and caring. We have been taking our fur babies there for 6 years now, and now they feel like family. I will never take my babies anywhere else.

So much better than I thought! Very friendly over the phone but in person, extremely sweet and professional. They totally care about you and your pet. Answer all questions with perfect information. Prices are focused more on lower income. Loved my visit here and will most definitely be back!

We love Dr. Richardson! We've been with her since 2005. Love the staff. Our animals have always been well cared for. And they have a really cool website!

I’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic since 2003. Dr. Richardson is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Such love and compassion for the animals.

Dr Richardson is wonderful with my Ibizan hound, Tribble. She has been the only one taking care of him since I moved to NWA in 2015. Her staff is excellent and Tribble is treated like his is part of their family also. I could not be more happy with the care that we receive at the Animal Clinic of Rogers
