Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

Stayed here during a business trip. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job every day. My only complaints were that the power outlet in the bathroom didn't work, and the bathroom sink drained slowly. I'm only there to sleep and shower so it didn't really bother me. For the price I paid it was a great value and a short trip to work.

So, we have stayed in several of this chain of hotels, and this one was the only clean one. In fact, I almost felt at home here. I'm usually feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to touch anything and, on occasion, having to clean the room myself but not in this room. There are no issues with it at all. What a difference a clean room makes to your stay! Next time, however, I would try to stay on the top floor. There were sports tournament groups staying there, and they were active, pounding the floor above us all night and early the next morning.

Very clean rooms, staff extremely nice! Breakfast is served from 6am-9am; however, I mentioned that I am observing Ramadan and asked to eat breakfast earlier. The hostess who checked me in, Jamie, confirmed with the manager that it would be okay. The manager even called the kitchen ahead of time! This really made my stay! Thank you again Comfort Inn.

Room is HUGE, nice, and clean. I love the big kitchen and bathroom too. Quiet. Breakfast is Great!

A great stay with large spacious rooms! Much more space then other hotel rooms in the area. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful! They were awesome and added to a great stay! Also enjoyed the extra waffle flavor of chocolate.

After an awful experience with another local hotel where we had a reservation we arrived at this hotel. We had traveled all day and were exhausted. The woman at the desk, Diana, was calming and very accommodating. She found us a room quickly at a reasonable price.

The morning breakfast was hot and tasty. There are many options for breakfast.

The room was exceptionally clean! It was spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were deluxe. I loved that each bed had four pillows. They were of different heights and firmness. A pillow for everyone’s tastes.

The pool was sparkling clean. The hotel provided towels for all guests. The lobby was clean and had hot coffee available 24/7. They provided luggage carts for guests. This was so helpful. They have a large selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. This really helped with the late night munchies. Also located in the lobby is a large and well appointed business center. The fitness center is not large but has the important pieces of equipment for a workout.

The location was perfect. It is just off the highway and close to downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, the many biking trails and an easy drive to U of Arkansas and fine arts center.

I highly recommend this location for business or pleasure.

This hotel was just over the highway from our destination, and was a great quiet place to stay overnight!

Fabulous stay! Large room, great Wi-Fi, the cleanest pool and hot tub we have ever seen. Dedicated staff for breakfast kept everything stocked and clean. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice roomy rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Great breakfast. Good selection of bottled drinks & snacks available. Currently no bartender for the bar so it's closed temporarily. Nice stay. Convenient off hwy 49.

We stay here very often and the two ladies, Diana and Kylee, make our stay very memorable. They have remembered us and always greet us with a smile and go above and beyond with anything we ask. Even though we bug and annoy them they still remain upbeat and overly helpful with us. They handle my crazy group with a friendly service! Thank you guys for being awesome.

Great stay!

Nothing wrong with my stay! If you are bothered by noise you can hear foot traffic from floor above and it was mainly during the day. Keys can be temperamental too but has nothing to do with quality of stay and great experience. Breakfast had a nice variety and the pool looked inviting but we did not swim.

Look forward to our NEXT stay with them.

Only downsides were the small pillows and rough toilet paper.

If you are looking for a clean, spacious, quiet experience in the Bentonville area, this is a great one! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast amazing! I have four teenage boys who were with me and they were all full when we left the breakfast bar. But they have choices of waffles, cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy, donuts and pastries, juices, milk and all were plentiful and well stocked.
The pool was open and was enjoyable both in temperature and noise levels. Great place to stay, I'm sure we will do it again.

Stopped to snag a last minute room. Great customer service by the nighttime Front desk guy. Got us in a great room for a very good price. I will definitely be booking here for future travels to this area. The pool is however being remodeled until May I believe just for fellow readers.

Great hotel. Was under construction on the floor we were in, but never heard any noise going on. Every staff I came across was super friendly and helpful. Not a full blow out breakfast bar, but I appreciate that they had some kind of breakfast options and also a small store you could purchase snacks and drinks. Especially when we came in at 2am and we're hungry. Loved that they had instant noodles to buy and snacks. Would definitely stay again. Indoor pool a plus.

Very clean rooms, very nice staff, but not the greatest location if you're trying to turn left onto the HWY (when it's busy). The breakfast in the morning was pretty solid for a hotel breakfast.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn on October 24, 2021. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hot breakfast was good (for pre-cooked food) and had a good selection. The bed was amazingly comfortable! I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn. Did I mention how comfortable the bed was? We got the best night’s sleep!

We enjoyed our stay here. There was some water damage the hotel was taking care of so we ended up in a king suite. I was very impressed with the rooms and the quality of the hotel. We felt comfortable and had a good time. The staff was helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the room availabilities and the amenities. They checked us in very quickly and were very respectful. The building is well kept and clean. The room was cleaned very well. The bathroom was spotless which is usually not how hotel bathrooms are. A family member staying with me mentioned how clean the room was. This is a family member who normally refuses to stay in hotels because they aren't clean. The breakfast is good. They have a good selection of food and keep it well stocked during the breakfast hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone looking for somewhere to stay.

I first visited the Comfort Inn Bentonville off exit 88A back in January. I was here for 2 weeks, and I had a wonderful experience. So much so that when my life imploded due to a divorce, I called them from Washington state and made a plea for help relocating. Not only did the hotel manager show me compassion, but the entire staff wrapped their arms around me once I arrived. I made it out here in 2 days and I had a sophisticated plan for work and living. The staff, from laundry all the way to management, has been the single most valuable resource around. They've not only provided me with suggestions to assist me in my success, more importantly they have encouraged me in my pursuit of a new start. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. I will be forever grateful once my journey ends in balance. Thank you so much. You all know who you are. If you need a place to stay in Bentonville Arkansas, make this hotel you're very first call. And oh yeah, the accomations are unparalleled. That is no exaggeration.
