Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I always love Red Robin but today the service was just a little under par. Other than that everything was great. And you know everyone has off days and so I definitely don’t hold anything against them. Amazing food and people!! Definitely going back.

Our family loves to go to Red Robin. The kid’s menu is good. The rewards program saves us a little $&. Their salads are great. They have good burgers and bottomless fries. What’s not to like? Plus, on your birthday you get a free burger and a celebratory sundae.

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burger. Not only are their burgers fantastic all the way around, but their bottomless fries are so good. The other drinks and appetizers are good too, although I was disappointed with the proportion size of the fried pickles. Staff are very friendly here too.

I normally get the bacon burger with everything on it and it's great. The bottomless orange cream soda is also a great drink if you want a change of pace for soda.

I needed to order a meal from Red Robin’s quickly as I was heading out of town. I found the option of “activemenus”and decided to give it a try. They were quick and efficient! Excellent experience! We will definitely use their services again!

Red robin has a surprisingly good veggie patty, and their nutrition facts are all listed online with allergins for vegan/vegetarian needs. They charge to sub for an impossible patty, but I love that they don't charge extra to sub for a veggie patty! Prices are fair, too. About $10-15/person

The salsa is the best anywhere. The burgers are good with bottomless steak fries - big yes. Waitress brought refills without asking, another big yes. Manager came by twice, another yes.

A best place for delicious hamburgers. The service is always good. Restaurants clean. The cobb salad is also delicious. Highly recommended.

What a delightful experience! From the courteous greeter, my excellent server, everyone that assisted... I am really impressed. The manager came by twice - and he was working cleaning and clearing tables, too; that impressed me. Total team excellence here, definitely A+. And the Chicken and Broccoli was superb; perfection. :). And no, I’m just traveling through, not related (or even know) anyone here, but I eat out often and like to share the best places. This has got to be one of them!

The burgers are a bit large for us so we usually order the tavern burger with the yummy Campfire sauce (not too spicy).The music was a little loud for conversation.

Updated 4/13 - returned tonight after a not so pleasant experience a few weeks ago. They definitely knocked it outta the park this time! Lindsey was our waitress and did a terrific job and I enjoyed getting to visit with the mgr April! Thanks again!!

Came in tonight with my friend and had AMAZING service. Our waitress was very friendly and quick with all of our “may I haves”. This is a great place with a fun atmosphere. I didn’t remember her name, so I called at 1030pm(AFTER hours) and Heather answered the phone and was able to determine Jamie was our waitress. Thank you both Heather and Jamie for making our dinner enjoyable!

Had food delivered by door dash. Fried were still fresh! Son's boneless wings were awesome ans burgers never disappoint.

I had the Bonsai burger and I have not been to Red Robin in quite some time. And they changed the way that they cook their burgers and also changed from can ned pineapples to Fresh pineapples, I had the Bonsai burger and it was so very good! So whatever changes they made were for the good thing! Definitely recommend coming here

Finally able to dine in this famous Red Robin! The burger is soooooo good! And with the staff being so friendly. Like Every Uber driver suggested this place and yes they're right, the burger is so so so good. Try their famous signature dip too! Will definitely go back here.

There are lots of great burgers to try here as well as build your own. If you don't find one that sounds good you can build your own. While it comes with endless fries the burgers are so big you don't really need this option. Because of the size of the burgers and the endless fries expect to pay a little more than most places. Service was a little show and could have been faster to check on us given it was slow but friendly atmosphere.

My husband asked for ketchup packets and received a lot. The guy at the desk was a character. Bet he makes it fun to come to work. Thanks

I love the royal burgers here. I have never had a problem with the wait staff and the fries are good. I would strongly suggest their loyalty program, as you get a free burger during your birthday month. Also, the chili cheese fries are so worth the 7 bucks.

Brian was excellent and the food was great. As always, no complaints.

My daughter and I went for a day out. Saw an awesome movie and went for lunch. We had an amazing meal (specific to our request), the service was outstanding & while waiting for our food the Manager Steve struck up a conversation with us as he saw my daughter observing the kitchen activity. We had a very friendly conversation and he ended by asking her if she liked sweets. She indeed does and he kindly ordered her a mud pie desert on the house! Perfect ending to a fantastic day! The food was on point... one of the best Red Robins burgers I've had. Hopefully, the bar tender finds a different job, though. The woman would ask you a question and then walk away. She actually told a customer that she didn't have time to stand around all day. Just seconds later, she was complaining that rich people only tip her $2.
