Planet Fitness

As I was visiting family and friends in Bentonville Arkansas I stopped into Planet Fitness. The staff was very friendly and the gym was nice and clean. There was ample cardiovascular equipment but a little lacking on the free weights. This was no problem for me but I can see where it might be an issue if the gym was really full. Overall this is a goid gym.

The crew here is amazing. The energy is there and they don't ever use the lunk alarm. They understand the gym can be loud sometimes and everyone is comfortable here. If there is ever a problem they end up just going up to the person and having a conversation with them. Absolutely amazing.

PF has always been my go-to for a good workout: not too crowded, excellent machines, and it's always clean. The employees are a great help with any questions or issues you may have. If you're ever at the Bentonville location, ask for Will!

There's a lot that you could always wish for like more decline situp benches and more free-weights and benches but overall, this place is pretty good. Chloe does a fantastic job helping customers with questions and has the patience of a Tibetan Monk.

It's always very clean, the staff are friendly, they have a great variety of TV programs to entertain you while you exercise, and the machines have easy to read and understand instructions on them to help ensure safety.

The aqua-therapy bed was tremendous! I had such a relaxing, rejuvenating experience! I just wish I could have had more time using it!🌊💦🛏🛌

The staff here are always soooo friendly and inviting. They take GREAT care of the facilities; I've never seen it dirty or unkempt anywhere, from the main areas to restrooms/locker rooms to tanning & massage areas, to even the parking lot. Well done!

It wasn't intimidating at all. Nice atmosphere for beginners or people of all stages of their fitness journey.

It’s been a while since I have stepped foot here. Lots has changed. Shout out to Sage for being the 5 Star Customer service and keeping it clean.

I joined Planet Fitness (Bentonville, AR) last June. I like the gym. More Smith machines & dumbbells of the most used weights would reduce wait times.

Great place to go anytime of the day and is always clean with wonderful people to be around.

I love Billy! He is such an amazing employee definitely one of the best I seen in a planet fitness yet! Fantastic customer service, fixes any problem I have with no issues at all and very quickly. Every time I speak with him it’s always great. His work ethic is fabulous; He always goes above and beyond every time I’m here and he’s on the clock! Always working hard making sure the place stays nice and clean!

This is the way a gym should be. Friendly, clean and help available at all times!!!!

Love it here! Great staff, great equipment and a great atmosphere.

This place may not have all the equipment of the other gyms but it makes up for it with a friendly accommodative staff and very competitive pricing.
